First visit to Ebisu, a place I wanted to go. It was just before noon, so there were 0 customers. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the wife who took our order was kind. Kasu udon with white rice for 970 yen. Added egg topping for 1100 yen. It felt like a good deal. The taste wasn't too strong, with a nice dashi and yuzu aroma, and I enjoyed it. While I was eating, a family of 3, two people on a break from work, two friends, and a solo customer came in one after another. Despite not being in a very good location, it might have a lot of repeat customers! There is a vending machine in front, and the system allowing takeout even outside business hours shows they don't let down customers who visit! I hope long-standing individual shops keep doing their best. I'll come with friends next time! Thank you for the meal ♪

I decided to step into a restaurant I'd been curious about. It seems they use abura-kasu made from 100% domestic Wagyu beef. When I went in and was choosing from the menu, the owner said, "If it's your first time, try the Tokusen Kasu Udon. The taste is totally different from the others." So I ordered the Tokusen Kasu Udon for 2000 yen (with rice) ❕ The dashi broth has a yuzu flavor and is delicious. It's topped with mizuna, tororo konbu, and large pieces of abura-kasu! Since I've been eating abura-kasu since I was a child, I'm picky about the taste, but the abura-kasu here is plump and bouncy, not greasy at all, soft on the outside, and very delicious 😋 The udon also had a slight firmness to it and was delicious. The price is fairly high, but as expected of the special selection, it's delicious. Thank you for the meal. They also have a lunch menu which is reasonably priced, so I think I'll try that next time.

This kasu udon is the best so far!! No weird smell, sweet and delicious! The dashi broth is also slightly sweet and refreshing with mizuna and yuzu. Prices went up again in October, so it would be perfect if it were a little cheaper. I had the special selection this time, but I'll come back to try how delicious the regular, non-special kasu is too. The parking lot is a bit hard to find at night, but it's just in front of the restaurant!

A kasu udon shop in Yao. I had the midday service set: "Kasu Udon (regular portion of kasu) + Rice @ 970 yen" with meat topping @ 430 yen. The kasu was extremely delicious, and since it's light, you can just keep eating it. I thought I should have ordered a large portion of kasu. I'd love to try the special kasu udon too. By the way, there is parking for about 4 cars in front of the shop.

The kasu udon at this restaurant is amazing ✨ I ordered the garlic kasu udon. It says they are particular about using 100% domestic abura-kasu, and there was no unpleasant smell from the oil kasu at all. The more you chew, the juicier it gets, and the harmony with the accent of garlic and the yuzu-scented dashi was the best (*`ω´)b✨ Water is self-serve, and the cozy, warm interior had about 10 counter seats and 2 table seats.
