This is a direct sales store of a natto shop. It is located in a warehouse-like place. Probably because I visited during Golden Week, tofu and other items were almost sold out. The donuts, which were said to have started selling from this day, were soft and fluffy. They also sold special products from the production area. Cash and PayPay can be used. Parking is available for 3 cars in front of the entrance, and a lot a little down the slope.

I went out after hearing that natto is delicious. It is a natto factory, but tofu and miso were also lined up. You have to be careful not to miss the small sign because it is located in a place where the building is not visible, and the shop was located at the very back.

This is a restaurant attached to the factory's direct sales store which is open only on weekends. I arrived around 10:40, and there were people waiting for the store to open here and there. As soon as it opened at 11:00, the seats filled up quickly. The all-you-can-eat natto of course, as well as tofu and eggs seem to use selected items and all were delicious. The natto had little quirk, so even those who don't like natto might somehow manage. The food was served speedily. Water and tableware are self-service, and trash such as natto containers is to be thrown away by each person. In front of the restaurant, besides natto, vegetables and special products of the Hokusetsu region were sold. I think it's easy to come because there is enough parking.
