A shop that is healing just by entering. The famous 'Nose Udon' is served piping hot in an earthenware pot. The broth, maybe bonito and kombu? And there is horumon as an accent, a good broth. Lemon also gives a good flavor. The udon was also chewy and voluminous. The Oyakodon looks 'very white??' at first glance, but it is well-seasoned, and contains chunks of kamaboko and chicken breast. The udon here seems addictive! A shop I want to revisit even if I have to pay for parking. The chestnuts sold out just before I could buy them, and when I was disappointed, the shop owner's wife said, 'I'll give you mine~'. ...How kind 😭 But, since I had already bought one at the roadside station, I declined.

This is 'Tsunokuniya'. Located in front of Myoguchi Station, Nose Electric Railway, Toyono-cho, Toyono-gun, Osaka Prefecture. The 'Nose Beef Udon' was incredibly delicious! Nose Beef Udon is a dish created in 2013 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Nose Electric Railway. Uses Nose beef from the local Miura Farm. If you soak sliced lemon into the broth, the taste changes! I might be wrong, but I think they use horumon in the broth. This is a canteen I would want to visit many times if my house were nearby. I want to visit Nose Town just for this! I had the Nose Beef Udon. Horumon, tororo kombu, soup with rich bonito flavor, hearty big beef, and mizuna and lemon adding freshness, honestly it was incredibly delicious. I drank the soup to the last drop. My chilled body warmed up.... I want to come again.

I had the Nose Beef Udon, and it was so delicious that I thought 'What is this!!' and the price was cheap, I was very satisfied.
