The experience started very well with the lunch set offering free servings of their in house ham served with a superb carrot dressing. Everything was going well until three of us who ordered the hamburger sets noticed a funny taste. The chef had forgotten to unwrap the plastic around the cheese and it had melted into the sizzle plate, causing a strange burnt taste and smell. We returned all three dishes half or less eaten. The manger apologized profusely but to our surprise didn't bring out fresh sets! He brought out, without asking a free dessert for each of us..we never ordered the dessert set in the first tolace so I have no idea how he thought we might be ok with that. I was in no mood for dessert when I hadn't eaten my meal yet. It was a formal function I was attending and didn't want to kick up a fuss so I let it go. However they should've comped the three meals or re-cooked and served them. We were charged for them as usual and given some free curry ( boil in a bag type) on our way out. Quite disappointed with how they delay with that and I had to eat lunch again after. Definitely would not go again especially as lunch starts at around 4,000 yen per plate there.

平日ランチタイムに訪問。予約されたお客様が続々と着席される。窓際のピアノ近くに案内され、緑と生演奏を楽しみながらゆったり食事がいただけた。 おてがるランチのハラミ80グラム。もう少しお肉が食べなしたいなと思ったが、付け合わせの野菜や前菜のハムでかなりお腹がいっぱいになりました。 季節のごはんは栗。迷わずチョイス。雰囲気もあいまり、満足いくランチとなりました。

姪っ子の中学合格祝いで利用しました 良い時間は埋まってしまうので早め予約がオススメです ピアノ演奏がさらに優雅な時間を過ごさせてくれます 春のお祝いディナーコースにしました 先ずは定番の、ハムのオードブル 変わらず最高に美味しいです。 それから季節のサラダに桜鯛のカルパッチョ こちらも梅が香って母親にもウケが良かった ビーフコンソメスープ、黒豆、そしてメインの ステーキは、ヘレとサーロインのハーフ＆ハーフ サイズは確かMサイズ、、、 結構なボリュームでお腹ぱんぱん 中２の甥っ子はサーロインのLサイズをぺろっと食べてました、恐ろしいw ごはん、梅干し、苺のパフェ仕立てにコーヒーまたは紅茶と、盛りだくさんな内容でした。 お祝いにケーキサービスも利用し、家族写真も撮ってすぐに現像したものをいただけたのは嬉しいサービスですね また利用させていただきます

豊中店は初めてでした。広々とした店内にはグランドピアノがあり、曲リストからリクエスト可能、素敵な生演奏を聴きながらお食事ができます。どれも本当に美味しかったですが感動は生ハム。柔らかくて無駄な塩気がなく生ハムってこうなんだって思う美味しさです。雰囲気とお料理を考えるとコスパ良しです。

ピアノの生演奏が素敵です。日曜日なので賑わっていたため堪能はできなかったですが平日ならゆっくりとした時間を過ごせると思います。 料理の提供も満席に近い状態でも流れるようにとても良いタイミングで出できます。 お肉は柔らかくとても美味しかったです。
