Amazing place with great ramen 👍 This store is in a great location, near ishibashi-handai mae and toyonaka campus of Osaka University. The rice is refillable and tastes great with the rich broth.
View on GoogleThe rich soup was strongly seasoned, with a mellow, milk-like aroma too, and tasted delicious. I wasn't very hungry this time, so I didn't order rice, but true to the slogan 「ramen that goes with rice」, the robust flavor made me want white rice. I also appreciated the many condiments for changing the flavor: pepper, garlic, doubanjiang, vinegar, sesame, mayonnaise, and more. I visited just after opening on a weekday, so it was relatively empty, with a lovely broth aroma filling the room, and I enjoyed a comfortable meal. The staff were courteous too. After I returned my finished bowl to the counter ledge, they called out as I left, 「Thank you for your cooperation, thanks☺️」, which was very pleasant. I'd like to visit again.
View on Google20260205 After visiting Minoh, I got off at 大橋阪前 Station. I wanted ramen and found this reasonably well-rated ramen shop on Google Maps. I went in at lunchtime; there were no customers, and the owners appeared to be an elderly couple. I ordered two bowls of noodles, waited a while, and some nice-looking ramen arrived. I had high hopes, but it turned out to be the worst ramen I've eaten in Japan. Extremely salty on the first bite, the broth was like canned Campbell's cream soup, and the noodles were broken. Very disappointing.
View on GoogleI went because I wanted Iekei ramen. This is delicious in its own way, but it tasted like carbonara, so I was eating it thinking, huh? Am I having pasta? I guess it's not really Iekei
View on GoogleThese days, 700円 for a bowl of abura soba is quite cheap. It has not only an onsen egg but also chashu and green onions, and it's really delicious.
