First visit to Nagasaki no Kane, a Chinese diner in Toyonaka that I've been curious about for a while. Stopped by with my mother on the way back from visiting a relative. Arrived around 18:00 during Golden Week and it was empty. The system is to order from the floor staff at your seat. After much hesitation, I ordered Nagasaki Champon, Homemade Gyoza, Crispy Spring Rolls, and Sweet and Sour Pork. The signature Nagasaki Champon has an exceptional match between the chewy medium-thick noodles and tonkotsu broth. Topped with vegetables and seafood, it felt healthy. I enjoyed it to the very end while changing the flavor with vinegar. The other dishes were also solid, and I think it's above average for a local Chinese diner. My elderly mother was also satisfied. [Recommended Points] - Counter seats that are easy to enter even for solo diners - The signature Nagasaki Champon has an amazing match between chewy medium-thick noodles and tonkotsu broth

Found it from Marugame Seimen next door and decided to go in. Lunch is 990 yen. Sara udon and champon start from the 700 yen range. Cheap ❤️ After gazing at the menu for a while, I ordered the large noodle mini and egg spring rolls. Large noodles seem to be champon noodles topped with sara udon gravy, but sara udon fits better. Egg spring rolls are a dish where fillings are wrapped in a thin omelet. It wasn't greasy and had a taste gentle on middle-aged people. The female staff is efficient and gives a very favorable impression. I'll drop by again.

A memorable place where I ate with my late mother. What she said she wanted to eat even before she passed away was champon, fried rice, and gyoza. Today we also ordered gyoza, chili shrimp, sweet and sour pork, Sichuan mapo tofu, and lunch, but I forgot to take pictures and ate them deliciously. I apologize for only having photos taken near the end. Even on a weekday noon there's a wait, but the staff's attentiveness is good, the food is delicious, and with a long-awaited reunion with my father, everyone had a wonderful time. My father, who drank 3 glasses of beer, thoroughly enjoyed every flavor little by little. He said he wanted to come again, so I'm thinking of going to eat together. Oh, the champon makes you want to drink even the soup, so for those who want to drink it, I recommend the half size. I want to try ordering the double champon once, so I'll secure some manpower and give it a challenge.

The menu has a wide variety and I went several days in a row without getting bored. At lunchtime, there are a lot of people so you might have to wait.

2025/7/7 Visited out of curiosity about the champon shop near my house. It was past 13:00 but the parking lot was almost full, showing its popularity. I hesitated whether to get lunch, but ordered the double champon! The staff are energetic and leave a good impression. Well, the food was served in about 5 minutes and the volume is amazing w. Since it's double it's natural, but it's breathtaking! Lots of vegetables and the floury feel of the noodles is extremely delicious 😋 (sorry for the poor description) It was a considerable amount, but finished it all. I'll drop by again. Thank you for the meal.
