Fantastic version of Keema curry with a lot of Veggies,fresh with the right spices.

2026.0523 (Sat) I had it at a recent event at Keio Department Store in Seiseki-Sakuragaoka and it was super delicious, so I made a curry expedition to Toyonaka to visit the actual shop ・2-kind aigake　1600円 Spice curry with shrimp and plenty of blue crab dashi plus 500円, fried oyster curry (blackboard menu) plus 600円 ・Lion canned beer　500円 Total 3200円 The spice curry with dashi and spices hitting hard is the best! I love both crab and shrimp, so I couldn't be happier. The fried oysters on a European-style curry sauce were superb too. Lots of different side dishes adding a variety of accents. A super polished one-plate meal. Tasty! Tasty! Way too tasty!

At that point the 2nd floor was full and there was just 1 person at the 1st-floor counter, so I got seated without waiting. This shop has entered Curry EXPO 4 years in a row since 2023, posting overwhelming results of "champion, champion, 2nd place, champion," and 猫師 loves it so much as to call this curry the strongest, having visited many times. The owner has experience in Italian and French cuisine, so a hallmark is curry that's beautiful not just in taste but in appearance too. That day I came for lunch to offer my congratulations on the Curry EXPO win. The menu has regular items and daily specials, and that day there was again a rich lineup of 5 daily specials. Here's the curry I had. ◆Owner's choice aigake curry 1,500円 incl. tax The owner's-choice curries were 2 kinds: "young chicken bonjiri" and "blue crab." The curry that came out was loaded with chunks of bonjiri, and the blue crab legs caught my eye. One bite, and umami spreads through your mouth, followed by a sweetness that comes from the overwhelming umami. Not a heavily spiced curry, but one whose powerful umami shoots straight to the top of your head. It was so delicious and I was so absorbed that I lost track of which was the bonjiri and which was the blue crab, lol That's how delicious both were ^^ The side dishes were substantial too, and I especially love the fried nuts♪ At the end I sucked on the blue crab legs and finished, savoring every last bit. As expected, the flavor here is in a league of its own, a supremely delicious curry. If you love curry and haven't tried it yet, please do give it a try.

Visited at weekday lunchtime. Arrived about 10 minutes before opening and was first in line. At opening, 2 groups totaling 3 people were waiting. After opening, customers kept coming in one after another. The 1st floor is a small shop with just 3 counter seats, but there seem to be seats on the 2nd floor too, and a few people were shown upstairs. It's a small shop, but a top-notch one that has won Curry EXPO several times. It had been on my list of places to visit for quite a while, but since Toyonaka is far from Nara, I only finally made it now. Plate set 2-kind aigake curry ・TOKYO X and Naniwa Kuroushi ultimate spice keema curry ・Shrimp and asari clam spice green curry Sapporo Akaboshi That's what I ordered. The TOKYO X and Naniwa Kuroushi ultimate spice keema curry was recommended to me as the curry that won the recent Curry EXPO. Since I'd come all this way, I decided to go with the owner's recommendation. While I was drinking the beer they served first and waiting, the curry arrived right away. Loaded with side dishes, a very beautiful curry. A beautiful curry gets me excited. First, a bite of the keema curry. Whoa, so good!! I had it made spicy, and the heat level was just how I like it. The keema of TOKYO X pork and Naniwa Kuroushi is amazing. So much umami coming through, irresistible. I'm glad they recommended it. Next, the shrimp and asari clam green curry. A very easy-to-eat green curry. I think even people who don't like green curry would like this one. Incredibly delicious with the umami from the shrimp and clams. This was the right choice too. From there I enjoyed mixing everything together, side dishes included, and the side dishes were so varied that the texture changed with every bite, which was fun and interesting. I bet that's intentional. I ate each bite excited to see what texture would come next. Finished it in no time. It was a very delicious and very satisfying lunch. I'm glad I came. 2026/5/18 I got curious at Curry EXPO so I came to the shop(๑>◡<๑) I had a 2-kind aigake of today's curry, the young chicken harami green curry, and the original spice keema! It came out right after I ordered, crazy lol Weekday lunch is the best! It wouldn't go like this on a weekend, so I really enjoyed it♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪
