This restaurant is charming, run by an equally charming Japanese couple who don't speak much English but are still very communicative; my partner and I used Google translate! :) The food was really good as well.

Very good place to have lunch after a nice walk in the big park. 1200 yen including soup and appetizers, pasta, fish, desert and coffee . I would definitely recommend this cozy place to anyone .

One of the best meals in Osaka, lovely owners, no English but that didn't matter!

I had business nearby and came to this restaurant with decent Google map reviews. Lunch usually has 6 choices, today there were 4 so I chose hamburg. Including appetizer, salad, yeast bread, hamburg, bacon and vegetable pasta, chocolate brownie, and coffee for 1200 yen. The auntie with afro hair has a bit of quirkiness, and I went with the flow. The food is each devised and delicious. Since it is around diagonal from Sundai Preparatory School, Sundai is easy to make a landmark.
