上海まぜそば 拌麺888Shanhai Mazesoba Han Men 888
The best way to enjoy Shanghai Mazesoba 888 in Shanghai is Shanghai Mazesoba (Scallion Oil Tossed Noodles). Shanghai mazesoba is brothless noodles enjoyed by tossing freshly boiled noodles with "scallion oil" (you cong). Zhu Hanyi, one of Shanghai's top dim sum masters and head chefs, faithfully reproduces the taste of the famous Dafugui Jilou restaurant. Please also enjoy a new sensation noodle dish born from the fusion with Japanese ramen culture. The "scallion oil," which is the life of mazesoba, is a flavor-rich homemade oil made by carefully taking time in the shop to leave the aroma of scallions intact. We are also particular about spices, importing them from mainland China. You can also enjoy it with your preferred taste by choosing your favorite toppings. Please take this opportunity to taste it...

First visit. I had the SIBIKARA Tantanmen. It wasn't all that numbingly spicy, but the flawless rich soup and chewy noodles were of quite high quality. Feels like I haven't eaten a good tantanmen in a long time. It was delicious.... Let's come again.
View on GoogleOrdered Shanghai mazesoba (680 yen) and Hainan chicken rice (Kao Man Gai) (250 yen as a set; 380 yen à la carte). Shanghai mazesoba uses thin noodles with scallions, white scallions, and minced meat, and the sauce is thick and sweet-leaning. For changing flavors, there are "red vinegar" and "bird's eye chili". I tried the red vinegar, and compared to standard vinegar, the acidity is suppressed, and mellowness is directly added as is. It has a distinct separation from thick-faced Taiwan mazesoba. Hainan chicken rice is chicken rice topped with 3 slices of chicken with sauce. This shop uses chicken rice (seasoned cooked rice) instead of fried rice. The flavor is well soaked in, a nice unexpected surprise in a good way. Three pieces of chicken as well, seems like it would make a good drinking snack. Chinese soup is also included. The standard heartwarming kind. Let's discard the preconception that mazesoba is that thick noodle thing and eat it as a separate genre called Shanghai mazesoba. By the way, the background music was Korean wave, not Shanghai. I wish they had paid attention to this and played Chinese pop music or something (laughs).
View on GoogleStaff response, coordination, roles... all ✖️. Consequently, the food as well. Chaotic traffic flow caused orders to get mixed up, angry customers... Shanghai mazesoba, yet Taiwan beer? You can cook using whatever you want, but when using ◯-flavor ◯ soup base, at least do it in the back yard. Very disappointing...
View on GooglePersonally, the taste was a bit too strong. I quite like the noodles. They are chewy, a texture I haven't eaten much before. I enjoyed it. Would I find a taste I like in a different menu?
View on GoogleChosen shumai with the Shanghai mazesoba set. Ultra-thin noodles with a sweet-leaning sauce, two kinds of scallions, and minced meat inside, mix and eat. In the middle, throw in egg yolk, chili, and red vinegar to enjoy flavor changes. A taste kids would like and easy to eat. The clerks are two young women who are unfriendly, voices are small and unintelligible. I requested coriander topping but it didn't come, and it was on the slip they brought so I pointed it out, and coriander came after I ate more than half! Usually shouldn't they say 'I'm sorry...' and check if you want to cancel? A shop with low energy for a noodle shop.
