A bean shop that roasts selected beans on the spot If you tell the master your preferences, they will carefully teach you beans tailored to those preferences. While waiting for the roasting, the time spent smelling the roasting aroma in the retro space of a good-atmosferic old folk house is irresistibly good.

I visited because my boyfriend likes coffee! Since coffee beans can be customized to your liking and roasted on the spot (they'll grind the beans if asked), my boyfriend made various requests haha To the manager who patiently answered each and every one of my boyfriend's questions, thank you very much ✨ I can't drink coffee, but since my boyfriend bought the coffee recommended to me saying "Even beginners can drink it easily," I'll give it a try!

This is a coffee bean shop where friendly staff teach you various things. This time I bought 200g of the recommended Brazilian Caramela. You can't drink inside the shop. I happened to want to buy coffee beans and when I went inside, the aroma of coffee was very fragrant, and it seems to be renovated from a place that originally made mirin, making it calming in a historic building. They measure and roast it on the spot. Next door is a paper-cutting workshop where you can peek inside to see if you can experience it. There were also flyers for other shops, and while waiting, I had fun looking at flyers and listening to the staff talk about other shops. The prices are generally 650 yen or more per 100g, and they roast from 200g. Since we want to grind beans at home, we had them roasted and brought them home in bean form. The recommended Caramela has a unique aroma, and when you add milk, as the name suggests, I think the caramel-like flavor stands out. I want to go again when I drop by nearby.

Located in an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, this is a coffee bean shop with a sweet aroma drifting, in a feeling as if time-tripping to the Edo period. Previously, when a cafe could be made, due to the exceptional fragrance, I ordered and had both hot and ice in the garden. It was outstanding. It was delicious 😋 The owner is also a very serious person. Please try to go.
