The entrance has a nice atmosphere. The cost is a bit high for lunch. Despite there being only one other customer group ahead of us, it took quite a while for the food to be served. As for the taste, the side dishes and such felt a bit too salty for me, so I ended up leaving some. The pumpkin tempura was undercooked and the center was almost raw, but when I mentioned it, they made a fresh one and replaced it. The portion size per person is quite large, so I don't think it's suitable for light eaters or the elderly. The color on the rim of the soup bowl had peeled off, which was a bit of a letdown. I wish they would use newer, cleaner tableware. Toch-green tea was practically water and had no tea flavor at all.

It seemed like the time we visited was good because we had the place to ourselves. The space from the parking lot to the restaurant was nice, and the inside also had a relaxing atmosphere. Every dish served was delicious and it was a wonderful time.

Visited on April 23, 2025 Came in for lunch, arrived before opening and was the first in line. I ordered the Kawachi Duck Tataki & Kawachi Duck White Leek Stir-fry. My wife ordered the Assorted Sashimi & Oyster Tempura with Negipon. The Kawachi duck tataki had no gamey or peculiar smell, and the duck's flavor was superb. The white leek stir-fry also had a great duck texture, umami, and melting texture of white leeks, with a good volume and high satisfaction. I also had one of my wife's oyster tempura with negipon, and it was very delicious.

An izakaya where seafood and Kawachi duck are the top recommendations. I only use it for lunch, but the voluminous, straightforward plating and fresh taste are irresistibly good. Since it's run by an individual chef, it's a restaurant where you'd better allow plenty of time during busy hours.

The taste of the sashimi is average. The tuna was also bigeye tuna. The octopus tempura and small side dish were delicious. I think the portions are large. There is no call bell or the like, making it hard to call the staff. Therefore, even if you want tea, you can't easily get a refill. It was a tatami seat so my legs hurt and I couldn't focus on eating.
