Last year when I had dinner with my family, the chicken tasted good, the hot pot was extremely delicious, drinks went down well, and the impression was great, so this time I used it for a drinking party with colleagues. The atmosphere of the separate private room is like a rented out building and can comfortably seat about 6 people. The yakitori served was hard, neither the sauce nor salt had any flavor, and the karaage only tasted black and burnt. The kamameshi was average. The fried sweet potatoes were also black and burnt with a mushy texture. It is a pity to serve such things. The young staff member was too blunt, which left me puzzled. The atmosphere was very nice, so it was a pity.
View on GoogleSince I arrived late, the service was very fast! The motsunabe was delicious! I only ordered skewers with salt, but the charcoal flavor came through and it was delicious! If I had to say one thing, it would have been nice if the salt was a bit stronger? Though there is salt on the table... The customer service from the staff when I went was just average, I guess? Neither extremely good nor bad! Just average. There was a female staff member wearing nail art. While keeping nails clean gives a clean impression which is nice, there was someone with very long nails and that bothered me. The impression is a bit off for long nails in the food and beverage industry. Isn't the atmosphere of the shop quite good? It seems good to use for year-end or New Year parties!
View on GoogleBeing a Kiraku Group restaurant, perhaps because of the stylish interior, both the clientele and staff are young. There are many menu items and there are private rooms in a separate building, so groups can enjoy it too, but since it is popular, it is safer to make a reservation. The seats are also spacious and relaxed, so you can enjoy your meal leisurely. The station is about a 5-minute walk away, you can enjoy alcohol with peace of mind, and there are many types of alcohol available. The parking lot is large and shared with other adjacent stores.
View on GoogleThe yakitori is delicious. The beef horumon was tough and not delicious, but since it's a yakitori restaurant, it can't be helped. No matter when I go, I get the impression that the young staff talk a lot among themselves. A delivery mistake resulted in several ordered items not arriving, so that time was the last.
View on GoogleWanting to eat yakitori~ we came to this restaurant. When asked, "Do you have a reservation?" I thought, oh, so I had to make a reservation~(・_・;? Since one group was waiting ahead, I thought it must be crowded~ so I wrote my name on the board and waited for a little less than 10 minutes before being seated. They said only counter or horigotatsu seats were available, so I chose the counter. However, this was the beginning of a mistake. I don't know if the staff were free or what, but they kept talking the whole time. Right next to us too :(;゙゚'ω゚'): We ended up feeling awkward. Despite thinking it was fully booked, many seats were empty, so I felt a bit puzzled about why we had to wait at first. Well, the food is average overall. Are the yakitori all a bit small~?( ̄▽ ̄;) Tasty dashi-maki tamago was the best one. Well, for a restaurant that doesn't scold its staff for chatting away in front of customers, regardless of the taste of the food, I felt like I wouldn't be coming back~
