I've been to Osaka several times, but I had never eaten okonomiyaki, so I requested it and went with my grandchildren. Not knowing the volume size, I ordered items that caught my interest. Whole grilled squid, Bikkuri-tama, Modanyaki, Tonpeiyaki, Negiyaki, 2 types of okonomiyaki, kids' meal, I ended up ordering too much. It's delicious. Tonpeiyaki was good as a side dish. Modanyaki is delicious like Hiroshima okonomiyaki, the other okonomiyakis had different tastes due to different ingredients, but all were delicious. Having a lot of furikake is also good. It had more volume than expected so we took it home.

It's my mother's favorite place, so I went with both parents, making 3 of us. There were 2 groups waiting, and we got seated in about 20 minutes. First we were asked for our order, so we ordered beer, yakisoba, 2 okonomiyakis, and 1 side dish. After that, even when the beer was served, the wet towel and water were not brought out until we asked. When I asked for small spatulas, they said there weren't any because they were currently washing them. There should have been 2 okonomiyakis, but 3 were delivered, a wrong order. On top of that, okonomiyaki is a DIY style. The price is high so it feels troublesome. Even after pressing the call button twice, the staff didn't come, and since everything was unpleasant, I stood up from my seat. All the food was very delicious, and if you are looking for just the taste, I recommend it. However, the service and staff are unpleasant. My mother likes it and brought me here so it's a pity. I will never go again.

Disposable chopsticks and food were scattered around the feet of the seat we were guided to, and the chair was dirty. Water was not brought to us. I suppose it can't be helped since it's a busy time, but in times like this I want the cleaning to be done properly, so -1 star. It's a system where you bake your own okonomiyaki. There is an hourglass on the table as a guide for flipping. Instructions are also written, so I think it's fun to make it lively with family and friends. The service is good and the staff comes immediately when you press the call button. The taste was delicious and I wanted to go again.

There is a wait even on weekdays. There were 4 groups waiting, but I had to wait quite a long time. The ordered items came quickly, but I was told, "The temperature of the iron plate is low, so please don't bake it yet. We will call you when it's ready to bake," and left for 15 minutes. There are two thermometers, one from 120 degrees ➡︎ 200 degrees, the other from 120 degrees ➡︎ 180 degrees. Having waited too long, and how many minutes will it take to go up another 20 degrees?! I called the waiter and asked When should I bake it? They made a face like, "Huh?" When I explained the background, they just normally said, "You can bake it now." We are the ones saying, "Huh?" Having waited for a long time, the modanyaki noodles became hard, and there was raw egg too, it really felt terrible. Despite noting in the toilet that paper towel is available, it is not there. Are you cleaning?? Having come after a long time, it's truly a pity. I will never come again.
