Since I was in Tondabayashi today, I came to eat pizza at Galleria. They have lunch courses like appetizer and sausage sets, and I ordered the sausage set. Salad is all-you-can-eat, so I'll do a veggie-first. The sausages are thick and very satisfying. After that, the pizza appeared: Margherita. The dough is soft and light. The cheese is also delicious, it's very good. The other cheese pizza is topped with pancetta, giving it a very nice saltiness. And the cheese is delicious too. Finally, I had dessert and that concludes the meal.

The only 100 Best Restaurants winner in Tondabayashi! There are a whopping 19 types of carefully crafted pizzas made using Hokkaido wheat [Haruyutaka]! We ordered the popular Margherita and Quattro Formaggi, adding an appetizer set and a sausage set to each ✨ The lunch set appetizer includes Bologna ham, homemade bacon, potato galette, ricotta cheese with kiwi, and the rape (salad) has oranges in it which is delicious 🍊 On the dinner menu, the appetizer set also includes sausages and becomes more luxurious, so you can enjoy it with drinks too♪ These sausages are also insanely delicious and go great with beer 🤤 The all-you-can-eat pesticide-free salad comes with about 8 types of dressings to choose from! It has a great texture, is fresh and delicious! It's light so you can munch away, and many people were going back for seconds and thirds 🥬 And the pizza! Using Hokkaido wheat flour, even the crust is delicious! I made the Margherita a double cheese, so the cheese was extra gooey and amazing ♡ The Quattro Formaggi features 4 types of cheese including blue cheese, and within the rich, dense cheese, the unique umami of the blue mold is solidly present and delicious ✨ Follow them on Instagram for free honey 🍯 The set also comes with a drink and dessert; I chose the mint and grapefruit soda! It looks cute, seems good for the body, and is refreshing and delicious! You can get sparkling water refills, and if you want sweetness, adding sugar syrup makes it delicious too 😋 The tiramisu has a hint of alcohol flavor, not too sweet, and a slightly adult taste ☕ Children might be better off choosing the ice cream! The milk ice cream was very delicious ♡ ----------------------------------- [Points] - Monthly seasonal pizzas are also recommended - Kids' chairs, kids' menu, and coloring books available - Chasers are self-service Two types: regular water and detox water - Open only on weekends for dinner ----------------------------------- 📷 Thank you for watching until the end ♩
View on Google☆What we ordered - Margherita Double Cheese ¥2,200- - Quattro Formaggi ¥2,100- (Honey ¥100-) - Appetizer Set ¥600- - Kiln-baked Sausage Set ¥1,200- I went to a hidden pizza specialty shop tucked away behind AEON Kongohigashi. It's a renowned local spot that has been listed on the Tabelog 100 Best Restaurants three times. To be honest though, it's hidden a bit too well and you might get lost lol. When setting it in the nav, it brings you to the back and I got pretty lost, so it's probably best to check the surrounding map on the restaurant's Instagram account. The exterior has a quiet appearance with white walls and wooden eaves, and once you step inside, the aroma of dough gently wafts through the air. The signature dish goes without saying is Neapolitan pizza. The homemade dough is made entirely with Hokkaido wheat 'Haruyutaka,' resulting in a chewy texture. Classic Margherita—a restaurant where this basic pizza is delicious can't go wrong. Especially the chewy texture and sweet aroma of the dough were second to none. Quattro Formaggi is another favorite pizza of mine. The moment it enters your mouth, the dense aroma and umami of the cheese spread out, and if you drizzle honey on it, it's a guilty pleasure taste that you can easily gobble up like dessert. Also, during weekday lunches, they offer an "all-you-can-eat salad" of pesticide-free vegetables grown in-house. With always over 6 types of dressings available, you can enjoy changing up the flavors. For an extra ¥600-, the set includes appetizers, making it popular and convenient for "easily enjoying appetizers too." From the potato galette to the ricotta cheese and kiwi, everything is delicious.
View on GoogleIt's a pizza shop I like enough to use about once a month. My recommendation is potato-mayo, which sounds childish, but I order it every time. For pizzas where you can choose buffalo mozzarella like the Margherita, choosing buffalo mozzarella increases the price, but enhances the deliciousness. I like the soda containing pink grapefruit, lemon, and mint, so I order it every time. The appetizers are also pretty and delicious, so I recommend adding them.
View on GoogleThe pizza is thin, crispy, and delicious. The complimentary water containing herbs and lemon was refreshing and nice. The lack of a dedicated parking lot is inconvenient (there is coin parking nearby). We went as a group of 6, but the pizzas only come out one by one, so we couldn't eat together at the same time.
