Overpriced. ¥620 for a grande latte which is small comes half full. It came as a cappuccino and had too much air in it. Staff quibbled when challenged. Will stick to the competitor in future.
View on GoogleVisited at 17:30 on a weekday. There are plenty of seats and generous space between tables. The sofas are pleasantly firm and support your neck, making them very comfortable. A Tully's that's convenient for both cafe visits and studying. Bought an iced decaf (515円). The decaf is “hand-dripped/extracted” one cup at a time after ordering. Its biggest attraction is that it isn't made ahead of time, but brewed once the order comes in (so there's a wait of a few minutes). You can enjoy the more pronounced aroma and freshness unique to freshly brewed coffee. Also, regular decaf lacks the “smokiness” or “sharp, striking bitterness” characteristic of an espresso-based Americano, giving it a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Acidity and bitterness are restrained, allowing the coffee beans' natural sweetness and richness to come through. There's less of the “thin and unsatisfying” feeling often associated with decaf, making it easy to drink. Besides being caffeine-free, it uses organic coffee beans, making it perfect for relaxing at night or when you want something gentle on your body.
View on GoogleThe Wi-Fi quality is poor, with packet loss reaching 5%. There doesn't seem to be a time limit on staying in the store. Available payment methods are the same as those listed on the Emiru Takatsuki website. Emiru Takatsuki appears as the merchant name on credit card statements. S Points can be used.
View on GoogleLocated on the 2nd floor of Emiru Takatsuki, directly connected to Hankyu Takatsukishi Station, it's convenient for a quick coffee between train connections or while meeting someone. Some seats also have power outlets, which is helpful when your phone battery is running low. Hankyu's lines also stretch across Kansai as though efficiently cutting through its active areas, but unless you're on PRiVACE on the Kyoto Line, a journey consisting of connections between regular trains leaves little time to charge your devices.
View on GoogleThis is the TULLY'S at Hankyu Takatsukishi Station. Visited around 9:30 on Saturday morning. There were a few customers inside. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The staff were courteous and made a good impression. The coffee was delicious too. It seems the seats on the Emiru side can't be used until 10:00. For drinks consumed inside, you can choose a paper cup or a ceramic mug. Choose whichever you prefer—a mug when you want to take your time. If you're meeting someone and might leave soon, a paper cup may be better. The location is good, so I'd like to use it again.
