Oishii! Had tsukemen for the first time ever here and they were very helpful making sure I wasn’t lost 😆 so good I went back for seconds
View on GoogleArrived around 12:00 on a Saturday. No wait, got seated right away and ordered the niku tsukemen. Waited for the noodles to boil and then enjoyed the meal. The pork belly chashu was very tasty and just how I like it. The noodles and soup were the common type of tsukemen. Nothing particularly memorable, but it was tasty enough. I went by train so parking wasn't an issue, but if you're driving I think you'll have to use a paid coin parking lot,,
View on GoogleNear Settsu-Tonda Station, seems to be affiliated with ロマン Standard seafood-tonkotsu dipping broth and thick-ish flat noodles Table condiments are vinegar and pepper, plus soup for diluting in a pot The noodles are thick, but my impression is they're not that thick for tsukemen The dipping broth has a strong citrus sourness from the start I'd prefer to be able to add it later, and if anything I'd want to pour it on the noodles rather than the soup There's quite a lot of back fat floating, but somehow I can't really taste it
View on Google『つけ麺うまし』 is right by the south exit of JR Settsu-Tonda Station in Takatsuki City, where the Jokenji Temple stone monument is. It's nice that you can see how crowded it is from outside. The interior is clean with counter seats only; first, buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine to the right of the entrance. Today's order was the "Tokusei Tsukemen ¥1,330". For a slight price bump, the tokusei comes with a seasoned boiled egg, 2 slices of pork belly chashu, and extra nori! The chashu was huge and super satisfying. The egg was nicely gooey, just right. The noodles were slippery and went down great! Chewy yet easy to bite through, with rich flavor, so eating them with salt might be good too. The neatly arranged look is great too. The soup is a W-soup with carefully made tonkotsu and seafood stock. The bonito aroma is irresistible. There's also melt-in-your-mouth chashu and menma in the soup. At the end, I finished the rich dipping broth completely with the sinful soup dilution. The yuzu aroma freshens it up. Inside the bowl are the words "Thank you for finishing your meal"… I personally love this kind of thing. It's also nice that they'll reheat the soup for you. They also have shio tsukemen with a light salt sauce and kara tsukemen where you can choose the spice level, so next time I want to try those. Thank you for the meal.
View on Google🍜🍜🍜 * つけ麺 うまし Tokusei tsukemen 1330 yen * Right by Hankyu Tonda Station🏃♂️ Arrived at 8pm and got seated with perfect timing. The chashu for the tokusei I ordered ran out right after! That was close🫢 The dipping broth is a tonkotsu and seafood W-soup, a reliable flavor everyone loves🐟🐖💛 The noodles were chewy and springy and sooo good~🤤🤤 It's 250g but it disappears in no time😆 The slightly sweet seasoned egg is my type too🥚✨ There was lots of chashu in the dipping broth too and I got super stuffed😂
