I'd been passing by and finally went in! The food is delicious, especially the otsukuri is the best, and the sashimi soy sauce goes perfectly with it. You can get rice refills, which gets me hyped😊 There are various kinds of tempura too, freshly fried so they're piping hot and tasty, and the tentsuyu goes well with them I'll come again, maybe I'll order something different next time.

A tempura-focused restaurant near Settsu-Tonda Station The star is of course the freshly fried tempura, but the otsukuri they started serving in August is getting buzz for its amazing quality High-quality sashimi sourced from the market every morning is cut thick and large, so you can enjoy it luxuriously The hon-maguro is especially delicious, and the marbling and flavor of the toro from the jabara part is amazing The soy sauce is a sweet Kyushu soy sauce that brings out the sashimi's flavor even more The tempura was also tastier than I imagined, with a thin, crispy, light batter The tentsuyu is delicious with a characteristic gentle sweetness, and you can really taste the umami of the bonito and kombu dashi The rice is a blend of new-crop Omi rice, Kyoto Koshihikari, and Hyogo Yamada Nishiki, and amazingly, refills are free The squid shiokara and pickles on the table are also free, Hakata tempura shop style, so these alone make you eat rice nonstop The small side dish is blanched fugu skin, and the miso soup is aosa miso soup with super tasty dashi—a wonderfully composed set meal with no detail overlooked From its chain-store look at first glance, it was, in a very good way, a surprisingly meticulous set meal! They have a kids' menu, and children 5 and under eat free—a super kid-friendly place

I'd been curious about it for a while and finally got to go in. I ordered the Ebisu-ten teishoku (1,210 yen), which has 7 kinds of tempura. Maybe because of the season, it had pumpkin tempura instead of sweet potato, and they brought the tori-ten afterward, so there are 6 items in the photo. It's unusual to have all-you-can-eat squid shiokara, and when I tried it, it was surprisingly well made. The tempura was fried crisp, and the eggplant tempura brought out the quality of the ingredient, which I thought was good. On the other hand, the shrimp was so-so. Not because of the cooking skill, but because of the shrimp itself. When the shrimp, the king of tempura, falls short, I have no choice but to lower my rating. The service was courteous, which I rate highly.

All the tempura had a thin, crispy batter and was delicious—I was very satisfied. It's a place that makes me look forward to what I'll eat next time.
