I used Tully's Coffee inside Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University Hospital. A convenient location to drop by while waiting for consultations or accompanying someone, and the interior has a calm atmosphere. I was able to relax so comfortably that it didn't feel like inside a hospital. This time I ordered a hot dog and iced coffee. The hot dog was warm, with the flavor serving as an accent and just the right volume for a light meal. The iced coffee also had a refreshing taste, perfect for a hot day. Staff service is polite, and it's a shop easy to use for breaks before or after examinations, meeting up, or a little work and reading. If you have the opportunity to use the hospital, it's recommended as a place to take a breather.

Given the location, there are many elderly people, so I can understand that it's inevitable the payment takes some time. But the clerk's efficiency is way too poor. What is expected of this kind of coffee chain store is convenience and speed. It took 20 minutes to order, and 10 minutes to be served. People who cannot work properly should not be put in the field. It was the worst.

Iced coffee S and Tall are almost the same amount. If this is the case, S is better. Water is lukewarm.
