A shop I don't want the world to know too much about, easily one of my favorites among many takoyaki shops. They recently seemed to have improved their batter, leveling it up 🆙. Plus, they accommodate requests for how well-done you want it baked, which is the best

I went to the shop close to closing time, and not only did they happily take my order, but despite my ordering a lot, they made the batter right on the spot and baked the takoyaki for me. When I also ordered oden, they told me that while there is a container fee for takeout, they would lend me one of the shop's bowls if I was going to eat it right away, and I was touched by their thoughtfulness. The prices are also very reasonable so I highly recommend it.

I've been curious about it for a while and went for the first time. It's delicious, cost-effective, and the owner has a great vibe. The flavor is on the strong side, enough that you could eat it even without sauce. The flour is baked solidly, and the outside is crispy. This time I got plain with sauce and mayo, but green onions would probably go well with this flavor. Next time I'll go with sauce and green onions. It's a good shop.
