Fantastic
View on GoogleThis is a restaurant where the heat and aroma rising from the tabletop stove quietly stimulate your appetite right away. The meat is cut to just the right thickness for each cut, and when you pull it off the mesh grill just as a light char forms on the surface, it achieves a balance where the sweetness of the fat and the umami of the lean meat spread naturally. The tare sauce isn't the type that overpowers with sheer intensity; rather, it's designed to bring out the flavor of the meat while naturally encouraging you to eat white rice, giving the impression that satisfaction builds up with every single plate. The horumon (offal) items are also put together in a direction where flavor oozes out the more you chew, without adding unnecessary seasoning—you can see the style of letting the ingredients and pre-processing work do the talking, without relying on extra spices. I felt that the restaurant's confidence and philosophy are well expressed in the setup where they don't place extra seasonings on the table, allowing you to directly face the "just-right flavor" prepared by the shop. The interior coexists with a moderate sense of everyday life and vibrancy, yet maintains an atmosphere where smoke and oil smells don't cling excessively, making it an atmosphere where you can enjoy "yakiniku as a meal" without putting on airs. Sometimes there's a wait when you go there directly, but in that case, if you give them your mobile phone number and where you'll be waiting at the storefront, they will call you when it's about time to enter, which is great because you can wait calmly at home or nearby. I think it's a spot where you can enjoy yakiniku leisurely as an extension of daily life, while keeping the stress of waiting in line to a minimum.
View on GoogleA local gem that has been around for over 30 years✨ Rib meat (abara) is so, so delicious✨✨✨ Horumon also has a sweetness and is the best! There are no side menu items; it's a meat-only shop, but it's thriving✨ Reservations aren't accepted, and they open at 5 PM, so I go to the shop around 4 PM to secure a table 😅 Inside, there are two 4-person tatami tables, two 4-person regular tables, and one 2-person table 😅 It's delicious yakiniku that makes you want more rice, so please go try it 🤗
View on GoogleThe amount was 4 portions of bara (short plate) + 1 portion of loin + 2 portions of horumon. Although there are no photos, I ordered 3 bowls of rice, beer, and cola, and it came out to around 8,500 yen. The tare, tender thick-cut meat, and rice go together so amazingly well that it's a place where you can just chow down hungrily.
View on GoogleWent there for the first time in quite a while. The meat quality is fair. The horumon items are also good. It's a super famous, renowned yakiniku restaurant in Takatsuki. The flavor of the tare is also delicious. (A bit on the heavy side) As condiments, there's grated garlic and spicy miso. The inside of the shop is narrow, and once 20 people enter, it's completely packed. For parking, there's a monthly rental parking lot nearby where about 5 cars can park. It seems most customers are locals. It's a road that people from other prefectures don't use much. Far from the station, about 30 minutes to the nearest station. Prices aren't that cheap, but the volume is substantial. Alcohol sanitizer is fully provided; because the shop is narrow, if there's a large group, it gets quite crowded/close. (Note: "密 ni narimasu" refers to crowded/close quarters).
