The Sushiro in Sannomiya I went to previously was surprisingly delicious, so I decided to come to this branch this time. On the landing of the stairs leading to the entrance on the 2nd floor, there was a monitor displaying what seemed to be the current number of waiting groups. Perhaps because it's new, the interior of the restaurant is extremely clean. When I sat at the counter seat, I was surprised by how large and easy-to-use the ordering monitor was. There are no items shared with neighboring seats, like soy sauce, tea cups, or wasabi; everything is self-contained at each seat. ◆Live-filleted Flounder 260 yen (tax included) Does "live-filleted" mean there is a fish tank inside the restaurant? Anyway, it had outstanding firmness, and you could tell it was quite fresh; it was a delicious flounder. ◆Salmon 120 yen It's cheap yet has a melt-in-your-mouth softness for salmon. ◆Corn Tempura Nigiri 150 yen Actually, I love the corn tempura nigiri at Kiraku, a conveyor belt sushi place in the same Takatsuki, so when I found this I was super happy♪ It doesn't quite match Kiraku, but it's quite delicious. ◆Kitsune Udon 330 yen I like the dashi broth for udon at sushi shops, but this was average. ◆Live-filleted Yellowtail 160 yen Since this is also live-filleted, it had an outstanding crunchy texture and was delicious! ◆Thick-Cut Selected Tuna Comparison 120 yen Ended on September 28th. It's two types: lean bigeye tuna and marinated tuna, but 120 yen is impossibly cheap! It was delicious. The quality has definitely improved compared to the past. I was able to enjoy it cheaply and deliciously. Thank you for the meal!
