Single use at weekday lunch. Located inside the 1st floor food court of Aeon Takatsuki. The store category is a Sugakiya group store centered in the Tokai region, and is a ramen-based store. Nowadays, using specialty stores for lunch is becoming quite a hurdle, but this is a store with a price range that you don't have to worry about for everyday use. Of course, the rules are different from specialty stores, but the good point is that it can be used casually. Regarding payment, Paypay is not available, but some other payment methods seem to be available.

Sugakiya, which is also said to be the soul food of Nagoya. I have done a fair amount of ramen hopping, But I couldn't easily find a store offering it. Finally I was able to visit. System where you are handed a pager-like thing and go get it when it rings. Meat ramen + fried shahan + soft serve ice cream (500 + 290 + 190 yen) Soft serve ice cream because I wanted to eat it for a while. Eat it all at once before eating. Ramen is a thin tonkotsu soup like the ones available commercially. However, it's something that complexly accumulates umami like vegetable flavor, shellfish, and Japanese dashi flavor inside that soup. Deliciousness that can't be underestimated as a chain store. Fried rice contains more egg than expected, with a slightly oily impression. Total was under 1000 yen, but I got pretty full. 500 yen for meat ramen has too good cost performance.

Nostalgic Sugakiya, I took about 30 minutes from home to go eat. Ordered special ramen and fried rice. Fried rice price is crazy. 290 yen. Under 1000 yen for ramen and fried rice. Awesome. As for the ramen soup, maybe bonito dashi for seafood system. Light and not tiring. Has richness too. Noodles are thin and slightly curly. Easy to eat. Fork spoon was the same as before and nostalgic. Hard to eat to the point of wondering if I ate with this in the past (laughs). Sugakiya has the best cost performance including price and taste. 4 stars. I want to go eat again.
