It is located in a slightly quieter area, not far from Takatsuki Station, with excellent access! The owner-chef has a deep knowledge of wine, and offers fine wagyu beef from his home town of Miyazaki to accompany your favourite drink!

It is not a menu like Kappo cuisine, and the flavor lacks any twist. It is the first time at a steak restaurant that I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. And there is uneven cooking. The preparation was poor, and they were washing pots and making a clattering noise. After the meal, coffee was served without any options, but since I can't drink it, I left without touching it.

It was counter seating, but between the kitchen and the next customer, it was separated by a transparent acrylic board, creating a clean atmosphere without any feeling of confinement. As for the food, all the ingredients were delicious and I was very satisfied.

It was a restaurant I had been curious about for a while, and I visited to celebrate a friend's occasion. I looked at the website and ordered the 11,000 yen course, and when the course started and the first appetizer arrived, I got permission to take a picture of the food. However, when I started eating without taking a picture of the appetizer, Chef: "Eh, you're not taking a picture?" Me: "Ah, it's fine for now" Chef: "Are you going to take a picture of the steak?" Me: "Yes, I thought I'd take pictures of the food later after a lot of dishes come out" Chef: "This is a course, you know?" Being told that, I was troubled and wondered why I was being interrogated to that extent, and I was surprised to be asked the reason why I wouldn't take a picture of the food at that moment. It wasn't just what I wrote above, I was interrogated a bit more. (I vaguely remember what was said, so I'll omit anything other than the exact lines) I knew it was a course, and I thought not taking pictures of the food right now might be considered rude to the owner-chef, so that's why I gave that reply. Right after that, when I tried to take a selfie with my friend while that appetizer was still partially eaten, I was told, "Eh, are you going to take a picture? Don't take pictures of half-eaten food," and regarding that, I certainly understood that he didn't want halfway states posted on SNS, so I nodded. However, I was told this based on preconception even though I wasn't trying to take a picture of the food at that time, and it made me feel like he had a lot of demands. Next, the beef stew was served, and the crispy thing on top of the beef (sorry, I don't know what it was) had fallen off the meat, and suddenly, right in front of me, bare-handed, it was shoved right back onto the meat. To be honest, it's fine to cook or plate with bare hands, but it bothered me when bare hands touched something after it had already been served. And maybe he couldn't place it nicely, he gave a mysterious reassurance saying, "You're not taking pictures of this anymore, right?" and I couldn't take a picture. I am sure he has a lot of pride in his food, but since it was counter seating, it became awkward and from then on I stopped talking to the owner-chef. Postscript: I was contacted by the restaurant and received an apology regarding the review content.
