We visited with four 60-something male elementary school classmates. They used ingredients harvested in Takatsuki and strongly appealed them. As expected. We enjoyed every dish. Among them, the paella was exceptional. Drinks also had many varieties and were reasonably priced. Everyone on the staff was extremely wonderful, making it understandable why this shop has high ratings. Thank you for the meal.

Savored course meals centered around paella. First thing worth noting is the commitment to ingredients put into each and every dish. Vegetables were mainly used from local within the city, conveying the stance of local production for local consumption. Fresh and powerful tasting vegetables had a presence that could be a single main character by themselves. Seafood paella, the star of the course, was truly exquisite. Rich dashi oozing from mussels, shrimp, etc., thoroughly soaked into the rice, and with every bite, the umami of seafood spread across the mouth. Although the volume was somewhat modest, it was structured so you wouldn't get tired of it until the very end. Appetizers and tapas were also colorful, condensing the culinary fun of Spain. In particular, the dish of French fries accompanied by raw ham and a soft-fried sunny-side-up egg had visual impact, and the balance of saltiness and mellowness was exquisite, making the wine go down easily. Overall, food quality, plating, and service were all at a high level, making it a wonderful dining experience conveying careful work. Just one slight regret was that drinks were not included in the course and needed to be ordered separately. Still, it was a heart-enriching moment tasting the air of Spain through food. Next time I'd definitely like to visit with ingredients of another season.

Heard it's a restaurant that won a world competition, so I made a reservation and visited. Of course came with full expectations and anticipation. It was delicious beyond expectations. Paella taste, firmness, and ingredients were all well-balanced and delicious! The level of the appetizer assortment is high! Happy that set drinks can also be made sparkling wine for +100 yen. The staff were also friendly and it was a wonderful space. It showed lunchtime was fully booked by reservation, so making a reservation is recommended.

[World-Standard Paella] A restaurant that shone 3rd place in the Paella World Competition. Paella is delicious even when cold. The scorched rice (okoge) was also delicious. Reservations by the day before recommended. The restaurant's atmosphere is also good, a memorable place.
