View on GoogleI went with my elementary school daughter before 12:00 on a weekday. When ordering, they asked my daughter if she needed a small plate? Did she need short chopsticks? Would she like the fried chicken cut so it's easy to eat? And when the ramen was served, they asked if the small plate was okay even though it was hot? I felt it was a shop that is easy to visit with children. I work in the same industry, but there were things to learn from the customer service side. The food was delicious as usual! One thing I noticed was the dust that had accumulated on the ornament placed at the hand washing area.
View on GoogleI went to the popular 'Shiogensui'. This time I ordered the tsukemen and yakimeshi set. The thick noodles served beautifully are chewy and satisfying to chew, and the seasoned egg as a topping is also exquisitely soaked. The dipping soup has a deep and elegant taste with green onions and roasted onions as accents, and it clings well to the noodles. And, the yakimeshi in the set is also exquisite. The fluffiness and the umami that is firmly effective in every single grain of rice are perfect, and the quality is top-class even among ramen shops. From the lively kitchen, you can see the polite skills of the staff, and the open counter seats were also comfortable. I felt that small considerations such as takeout packs for food loss measures were also wonderful. It is a famous shop that will definitely satisfy both your stomach and heart. I will definitely visit again!
View on GoogleWhy do I periodically want to eat salt ramen? Shiogensui is basically stable and delicious for any menu, but among them, salt ramen is exceptional. It soaks into the body tired after work. This time I ordered natural salt ramen 890 yen and gyoza 330 yen. ⸻ Sunday 22:00 visit. Many ramen shops around Takatsuki are already closed at this time, and there are few choices in this location. Maybe because of that, the parking lot is usually full, but I was able to enter smoothly at this time. Even so, the flow of customers does not stop, and its popularity remains the same. I am grateful that it is open until 24:00. ⸻ Shiogensui has the impression of small differences between stores, but it is still stable and has a high degree of perfection. Today was the end of physical labor, and the May weather made the day hot. The night was cool, and combined with the atmosphere of the day, it was the perfect bowl to close the day. Honestly, it soaks in quite a bit. Gyoza has a simple and standard taste. There is a punch of garlic but no outstanding personality. However, it is the right balance to eat in between ramen. The free self-service kimchi and garlic service is a pleasant point. There are few minus points, but I want the cash-only payment method in this era to be improved. ⸻ 'One shop that is not wrong if you want to eat stable and delicious salt ramen' May 2026 visit
View on GoogleI visited for the first time. A shop where you can spend time with a very good atmosphere~🍜 Immediately after entering, I knew that all the staff must love their own shop. There was a female hall staff who had amazing customer service, I was surprised (super praise). It's just that in front of my girlfriend, I couldn't say thank you to her... I'm sorry. I had very delicious ramen and fried rice. I will visit again. As others have said, the ramen itself is voluminous and delicious, so for me who eats little, I couldn't eat the side menu... That will be a pleasure for next time.
