Visited Shichirin Takatsuki Mayue branch. The interior has a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood, and there are partitions for each seat, allowing you to enjoy yakiniku without worrying about your surroundings. The ventilation is good and smoke doesn't get trapped easily, making it very comfortable. The meat grilled over charcoal has a strong savory flavor, and especially the beef tongue and harami have great meat quality, with the umami spreading the more you chew. The presentation is careful as seen in the photos, and there are plenty of side dishes. The fresh condiments like lemon and green onions, and being able to adjust to your preferred taste is also a nice point. Staff service is polite, and the process from ordering to serving is smooth. The atmosphere is easy to use for families or friends. Open until 11 PM, which is convenient for a slightly late-night visit. A restaurant I'd like to use again when casually wanting to enjoy delicious charcoal-grilled yakiniku in Takatsuki city.

Visited charcoal-grilled yakiniku "Shichirin". I ordered salt premium tongue, harami, seseri, tsurami and other meats along with grilled vegetables, and finished with cold noodles. The salt premium tongue was tender, and the charcoal's savory flavor and green onion flavor were exquisite. The harami was juicy and the umami spread as you chew. The seseri had a fun bouncy texture, and the tsurami had just the right amount of fat and chewiness, offering a superb sense of satisfaction. The vegetables were also delicious, especially the sweetness of the corn which left an impression. The cold noodles had a rich dashi flavor, and the moderate acidity and refreshing ice nicely refreshed the mouth. The interior was clean. Payment options besides cash include VISA, Master, JCB, Diners, Discover, transportation IC, and QR payments (like PayPay), which is convenient. A restaurant you'll want to revisit to thoroughly enjoy delicious meat over charcoal.

Anyway, it's a lively and energetic shop. There are many young staff members, but everyone communicates clearly with their voices, and seeing them work briskly feels pleasant. There are so many staff members that you might wonder "Is the number of staff okay?", and serving and bussing are extremely fast. While those around are steadily mechanizing and cutting staff, I thought it was great that a place is doing things in this opposite way. Products are going up in price, but the taste is good, and anyway this is a shop you want to visit because of its human warmth and energetic atmosphere. I want them to keep this up. Visited for the first time. Whenever passing by, cars would keep entering the parking lot and seeing it full with staff attending to customers, I thought it must be super popular because it's delicious. I kept thinking I'd go someday, and finally did. The interior had high ceilings and an open atmosphere, and each table was separated by partitions giving a semi-private room feel, which was relaxing. It seemed there was no domestic beef, but all the meat was delicious and the portion was satisfying, and above lately it was great that there was little fat. Lately, wherever I go, I often think "mostly fat...", so I'm glad. Soft drinks were also a reasonable 180 yen. The staff gave wonderful service, and skillfully cleared empty plates. A restaurant I want to go to again.
