Step inside, and there's the toasty aroma of the roaster and quietly flowing time: "Resolve Coffee." Visited on a weekday at 12:30 There were no customers, but shortly after I came in, 2 groups of 4 people arrived What I had this time was the signature Resolve Blend (medium-dark roast) The carefully hand-dripped cup, once you take a sip, spreads a deep richness, with a surprisingly clean aftertaste. The balance of bitterness and sweetness is exquisite, a serious coffee that makes you truly think, "Ah, I'm drinking really good coffee." Classic cup & saucer, neatly lined jars of coffee beans, and the master's careful work. This time I came to Takatsuki on a Saturday, so I stopped by🚶‍♀️! I visited at 13:30 and got in with no wait! The iced café au lait has lots of milk! (It says so on the menu too) They don't bulk it up with ice, (usually there's a lot of ice, right?) less ice means more milk, which is great news from the customer's side! With less ice, there's no worry about it getting watered down either!🧊 The cheesecake is baked firmly on the surface and moist inside! In a calm space, you can savor your coffee!! That's the kind of café it was☕️

I had the miso cheesecake and iced coffee with honey. The coffee was clean and sweet, very delicious! The coffee was so good that I ordered a second cup I forgot which coffee it was, but I ordered it after consulting the owner about the flavor I wanted (They happily helped me out) There were magazines too, so I could relax and take my time reading

A café located in a residential area of Takatsuki. Since they do their own roasting, there were many customers buying beans too. The drip coffee was limited to hot only for optimal flavor. The cheesecake with added miso had its own charm.

I visited Resolve Coffee, located in a residential area about a 10-minute walk from Takatsukishi Station, on a weekday at 12:15. The shop has no parking, so I parked at a nearby coin parking lot. The exterior has a stylish Kyoto machiya feel, and the interior is a relaxing space too. I had the signature Resolve Blend ¥650 and cheesecake ¥350. The coffee was delicious, with richness and aroma to enjoy. The cheesecake paired miso and cream cheese perfectly, letting you taste the miso very mellowly, and it was delicious.
