Sometimes I want to drink slowly alone.

During my visit on June 3, 2022, I was informed that they also do daytime drinking on Saturdays. Since it's a size the landlady can watch over by herself, the number of seats is small, and perhaps due to its popularity, it was mostly full when I visited. A shop you want to go to when you want to drink slowly and enjoy with a small group because the food is delicious.

Since some members were staying at the next hotel, I searched out this restaurant. When I went, I was surprised to find it was the exact same place where there used to be a snack bar, and where I had been visiting for about 40 years since joining the company! It's already been 4 and a half years since it opened. At 6:30 PM, it was already fully packed except for the seats we had reserved. When we chose the omakase course, every single dish was elaborately prepared, and it would be a waste not to hear the explanations. Even the salt had a twist to it. Truly delicious. I understand why this restaurant has high ratings. Next time, I want to talk leisurely with the landlady.

You can enjoy 3 different tastes. Since one is 90ml, drinking all 3 is over 1 go (180ml), so it's good to share and enjoy. There is also all-you-can-drink, but I felt that drinking a la carte and enjoying the food is how to savor this restaurant more. I can't eat much so alcohol is the main thing, but if you come in a group, it's a restaurant where you can enjoy the food. However, it's important to make reservations early. It's often fully booked for private parties. The reason you can't make a reservation is because you didn't plan ahead and book early. To eat happily and calmly, it's best to go with a reservation. If you are alone, there is a possibility you can get in. Also, the caliber of customers is extremely good, so even a single woman can enjoy the shop with peace of mind.
