Perfect, just what you need after a hard days work. You can select you desired level of soy sauce, fat, Spring onions, noodle hardness etc. If you can understand then don't worry they will just give you the standard. 来来亭だから濃いと背脂が多めで美味しい!

View on GoogleFirst visit. Seats were available yet I was told to wait. Probably understaffed. Had the standard ramen and half fried rice. It was good tasting after a while, but compared to the Matsunawa branch, there was zero liveliness.
View on GoogleSolo lunch on a weekend. Located along the main road on the north side of National Route 171. There is parking space on the side of the shop, making it accessible by car. It's a chain originating from Yasu City, Shiga Prefecture, but they seem to have multiple branches nearby as well. Perhaps due to the location, I often see lines, so I visited Rairaikitei after a long time. The shop's selling point is that you can customize ramen soup concentration, fat amount, noodle firmness, etc., but unfortunately during my visit, my custom orders didn't seem to be reflected at all. I was so curious that I recently went to eat and compare at the head store in Yasu, and it was clearly different. It was a bit disappointing personally.
View on Google2025.09.15 Visited for lunch on a national holiday. I've used takeout ramen from here before, but this is my first time inside the shop. Orders are placed verbally rather than through electronic panels like other branches. This time I just wanted to eat fried rice so I ordered Fried Rice for 600 yen. można choose whether or not to include soup, and of course I asked for it. There are chunks of chashu in the fried rice, but unfortunately it's mostly fatty parts. The portion size was just right and it was delicious♪
