My 3-year-old granddaughter loves trains and cars, so we paid a visit( *´﹀`* ) She got to run the trains and even drive her beloved Doctor Yellow, so she was thrilled. The food was also very delicious, and we had a lovely time. The staff were very kind too, and even though she's little, it went great(*^^*) When my granddaughter visits again, I'd like to go back( *´꒳`*)

We visited with our 1.5-year-old who loves trains. Honestly, it was still too early for us, and we caused the shop trouble. Despite that, they treated him kindly as a future train buff, and we're truly grateful. (They were not the cold people some recent reviews describe.) The diorama is really impressive and the atmosphere is nice too—a wonderful shop we definitely want to visit again when our son is older🚃 Here are the specifics. ・The "counter seats where you can see the model trains up close" that show up on social media are so close that you can touch the trains just by reaching out a little. We tried it, and even while holding him back he still touched them, which we regretted.. I think the counter seats are tough until kids are old enough to listen to adults. ・There are about 2 high chairs for kids, and when the food is served they bring out train-patterned forks. Our son was overjoyed when he saw the fork.

Came from Taiwan with my own trains, got here around noon on a weekday. Not many people, very quiet, it felt so comfortable just focusing on watching the trains run

The shop was smaller than I expected, and after coming from far away looking forward to it, I couldn't get in, which was very disappointing. It seems others couldn't get in either, so I'd be happy if they could improve things a bit. Like making it reservation-only, contacting waiting people later, or setting time limits. If it stays as it is, I think people who can't get in will never come back.

Never going again! Worst shop ever. That day, since my kid loves trains, I looked it up and drove a little over an hour to come. I arrived at 12 and went in, and a male staff member said it was full now but he could seat us from 13:30. I said okay, waited in the car, and went back right on time, only to be asked "Do you have a reservation?" When I said I came because I'd been told earlier that we could be seated at 13:30, he said, looking annoyed, "Well, that's why—we can't hold a seat if we didn't get your name." If that's the case, he should've asked for my name the first time. Isn't that the shop's mistake? And it was the same male staff member, too. In the end we were told the next opening would be after 15:00, and even though my kid was really hungry and had been looking forward to the trains, we gave up and went home. I'm partly to blame for not researching properly, but I think the shop handled it badly too. It's been a long time since I was this angry. Since there's no parking lot, I ended up just paying 800 yen for coin parking without getting to eat or drink. Very disappointing.
