Awesome ramen!
View on GoogleEntered past 12:00 on a holiday. Seated immediately. All the ramens were easy to eat. You can also choose large portions of ramen, kaedama, and various other things~. Half-chahan and gyoza were also delicious. I ate tonkotsu and miso, so I'm thinking of trying shoyu next?
View on GoogleHad flavored oil miso ramen and medium rice. Unlike regular miso ramen, it looks light at first glance, but the flavored oil is delicious! Chashu is thick but tender, and the half-boiled egg has a runny yolk. Bean sprouts are also coated with flavored oil and delicious. It might be good to have less noodles and extra bean sprouts. Medium rice was unnecessary. Because the ramen completion is high.
View on GoogleFirst visit alone just past noon on a weekday. Was able to enter without waiting, but it was quite crowded and looked popular. Asked the staff for recommendations and ordered the "flavored oil miso ramen" and half-chahan set as advised. Instead of a heavy miso taste, the ramen has a rich yet slightly lighter miso soup thanks to the flavored oil, a taste I encountered for the first time and delicious. Since there's no miso cloyingness, I drank up all the soup. The chahan is also delicious, and the staff is kind, so I think I'll come again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleA ramen shop with 6 counter seats and six 4-person table seats. Miso ramen seems to be their signature item, but they also have shoyu, shio, tsukemen, etc. When you enter the shop, there is a savory aroma. This time I had the flavored oil miso ramen (860 yen). The soup is lighter than expected, and while the miso flavor is not very strong, there is a savory miso aroma. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a high water content. Toppings are chashu, ajitama, bean sprouts, and green onions. I'm happy with the plenty of bean sprouts.
