I'm not sure if it's always like this, but it seemed they were operating only with the daily special set meal at lunchtime. That day's set was hayashi rice, an omelet, and soup. The hayashi rice had a nostalgic, gentle taste like the school lunches I ate in elementary and junior high school, and the omelet was fluffy with quite a substantial volume. The cost performance is so high that I wonder if 580 yen for this is really okay. I would like to use it again in the near future.

Visited Friday at 12:20. Set meal only for 580 yen. Today's is pork cutlet skewers (kushikatsu). The kushikatsu is freshly fried and delicious. The batter might be seasoned. Crowded with city hall officials, sitting tightly packed together. Seats are shared. There are occasionally single women, but since it's mostly male salarymen, you might feel self-conscious. Bringing children during weekday lunchtimes is impossible. Inside is small.

Stopped by for lunch in Takatsuki. It has a nice shop appearance in a slightly complex area of Johokucho. Daily set meal only at lunchtime. Today's is pork cutlet set meal. The tenderly fried pork cutlet topped with demi-glace style sauce was delicious. With plenty of rice, tofu, pickles, and miso soup, the 580 yen price tag is definitely worth it.
