Visited alone on a Saturday afternoon, was able to enter without waiting. Ordered the "Special Tsukemen," topped with 3 types of charsiu, flavored egg, and bamboo shoots, making it luxurious and full of volume. The noodles are chewy and smooth, and the tsukemen soup is rich but never gets tiring, and I drank it all down to the last drop with the soup-diluter at the end, and it was delicious. However, the large portion is quite voluminous and filled my stomach to the max, so I thought the normal portion was enough to satisfy me. The inside of the store is clean, the clerks are kind, and I was satisfied enough to think I want to eat the same "Special Tsukemen" again next time I come. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleLocated on the 2nd floor inside JR Hankyu Kyoto Line's Takatsuki-shi Station. It's a meal ticket system, and even if told "It takes time," food service is on the faster side. The tsukemen has cold noodles and piping hot dipping broth, but by about the 2nd bite, the broth becomes cold. Reheating is possible, but finished it as is. For an adult male, the "Large" is probably just the right amount. The flavored egg is not half-cut, but 1 whole piece.
View on GoogleRemembering it was delicious at the store inside Hankyu Umeda Station's ticket gates, I revisited this store this time. Visited on a weekday evening, there were empty seats in the store, and I could choose either counter or table (it seems counter guidance for singles). The store is clean, and the air felt pleasant. The store inside the Umeda ticket gates is bound to have a queue, but this is a hidden gem where it's relatively easy to enter and you can dine calmly. Customers came in one after another even while eating, and I could sense its high popularity. Ordering is at the vending machine, and after eating, you return dishes yourself. Overall, it felt efficient and easy to casually use. What I ordered was ◆ Flavored Egg Tsukemen (Small) Chewy noodles intertwined well with the thick, rich soup, and I enjoyed it to the end without getting tired of it. Bamboo shoots and green onions were also delicious, and the flavored egg had a firm outside and gooey inside. Even the small size had a solid sense of satisfaction, and even as a woman, I got full. White pepper, black pepper, vinegar, etc., are available on the table, but it was delicious almost as is, and I enjoyed changing the flavor just a little at the end. The customer service had just the right sense of distance, and they politely handled the reheating of the soup, allowing me to spend a pleasant time. Side dishes like karaage and gyoza also interest me, but this time just the tsukemen was fully satisfying ☺︎ Thank you for the meal!
View on GooglePersonally, it's my favorite tsukemen!! You can choose the quantity, but if you order a large portion, you will see hell Lol Please be careful as it is unusually large. This time is the normal portion. The charsiu was exceptionally delicious, and the boiled egg was top-notch. Completely satisfied regarding the food. It's a counter seat where you can see the kitchen, but it was unfortunate that there was no sign of cooking despite orders coming in, and I could see them doing business work on a PC. I think there is clerical work too, but I wanted them to prioritize cooking by considering that it's visible from the customer side.
View on GoogleSpecial tsukemen is popular, but dared to go with Kujo Green Onion Ramen. With flavored egg. Back fat is also included, but unexpectedly light. Soy sauce broth is sweet. I quite like it. Paper apron available, and they talk to you before you ask ⭕️ I think I'll come for tsukemen next time. Will revisit 😊
