best tantanmen which I know. balance of soup hotness, noodle softness, it is perfect. add hanasansho if you want to make more hot. also fried rice is very good. the problem is the place is far from any station, parking lot is small. because of the COVID problem, now opens at 11:00-14:30 only at weekdays. you can have a dinner at weekend. holidays at monday and tuesday.

View on GoogleVisiting Kaen, a Takatsuki Tabelog Hyakumeiten restaurant. Since it's far from the station, a car is safer. There is Times in front of the shop, and when paying you are asked if you need a parking ticket, so it becomes free. I visited around noon on Saturday, there were about 7 groups waiting, but you can sit in front of the shop or there are various shops around so you don't get bored. I hesitated between Tantanmen and Soupless Dandan, but since Soupless Dandan contained myoga and shiso which I don't like, I chose Tantanmen. The large portion of noodles is 2 portions of noodles so the price is a bit high, but the staff said it's okay to share with the person who came with me so I did. The staff explained various things carefully and was very pleasant. As for the spiciness of Tantanmen, it couldn't be chosen when ordering, it was a style of self-adjusting with spices on the table. Even if you don't put anything it's quite spicy, but it feels delicious-spicy and you can keep eating it! If you don't like spicy food, you can stop the tantan series as there was shio ramen too! Also, the minced meat was a bit sweet and delicious! I would definitely like to go again!
View on GoogleI heard a rumor that there is a delicious tantanmen shop in Takatsuki, and came to eat. I thought if it was selected as Hyakumeiten it wouldn't be wrong, but seeing people lined up in front of the shop convinced me it was a popular shop. It seems you write your name on the paper to the left as you enter the entrance, but the staff came out to ask the number of people and order and wrote down the name. Ordered tantanmen and fried chicken set. Tantanmen is a rare type containing cabbage. I ordered it with low spiciness, but for me who dislikes spicy food, it was still spicy. The numbness of Sichuan pepper is virtually non-existent, but the spiciness of rayu stood out. The soup after eating the noodles became not spicy at all maybe because I got used to it, the surface of the soup was the spiciest. The shop is lively, and quick movements to resolve congestion seem to help the turnover of the shop. I also liked the pleasant customer service. It was a delicious tantanmen shop as rumored.
View on GoogleWhen coming to Takatsuki from Fukuoka for business it happened to be lunchtime, so looking for a place to eat I visited this shop which looked good in reviews The shop is located in a corner of a shopping street inside a housing complex Parking uses the coin parking in the shopping street (right in front of the shop) When paying for meals, you get a 120-minute parking service ticket from the shop so you can use parking for free At the entrance of the shop there is a paper to write names, write your name and wait in front of the store Turnover seemed good so we were able to enter the shop without waiting too much (Food serving time was fast) It seemed to be a popular shop for tantanmen If it was winter I would normally eat tantanmen, but since I visited in midsummer, I ordered Soupless Dandan (1100 yen) warm and cold Along with that ordered whimsical set (450 yen) 2 pieces of fried chicken and medium rice The tantanmen has white leek, myoga, shiso, minced meat, half-boiled egg with separately-plated dry-fried cashews Mix it well and enjoyed it Men might find the regular portion a little lacking in volume Eating the set fried chicken and rice made me full I tried both warm and cold soup-less dandan noodles (shared between two) Since it was midsummer even the cold was delicious but I preferred the warm one It seemed to be a popular shop as customers lined up one after another after we finished our meal
