Amidst the cold snap, I wanted to eat something warm and was craving Western food, so I chose this place! It has a nice, long-established feel to it. I ordered the doria with tomato sauce. (You can choose between tomato or demi-glace) It was piping hot and delicious. The balance between the tomato and white sauce was top-notch! It had spinach, bacon, and plenty of shrimp, and it was the exact flavor and temperature I was looking for. Large portions are free of charge, apparently.
View on GoogleIt was so disappointing. Such lukewarm pasta? It was my first time eating a pescatore that was way too lukewarm. It wasn't delicious considering the price. Fresh cheese is available as a complimentary service if you ask. I can make better than this 🤣 I'm never coming back.
View on GoogleI found this restaurant by chance while looking around for a place to eat lunch in Takatsuki City. It seemed like a party had just left, so we waited outside until the table was cleared. We were seated in about 5 minutes. It's a restaurant run by about two people. Customers keep coming, but since the seats are full, some people seem to give up and leave. There are five 4-person table seats along the wall and one larger-sized table in the middle. Even so, they don't pack in extra customers, so you can eat at a leisurely pace. I ordered the lunch set pasta and hors d'oeuvre salad. In about 15 minutes, the dishes were served one by one in good timing, starting with the hors d'oeuvre salad. The hors d'oeuvre salad makes you want wine or beer to go with it. Every single dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The octopus marinade and burdock salad were especially good. The tomato pasta had plump seafood, and the noodles had a good firmness. As a man, I think you could easily finish the L size for lunch. The customer service was also polite, and I feel like it's a restaurant loved by the locals. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleA renowned restaurant that serves carefully prepared dishes. An affection for an era when people didn't say 'pasta' instead of 'spaghetti' rises up together with the steam from boiling noodles.
View on GoogleI enjoyed the spaghetti with tomato sauce, garlic, and chili pepper, seasoned with a slightly bold flavor.
