It is a small but very stylish French restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was all elegant and tasty, but the portions were small in my opinion.
View on GoogleThere are restaurants with great food. And then there are restaurants with absolutely brilliant food. This is one of those restaurants. Every dish was prepared with stunning detail. Each ingredient chosen was deliberate and with purpose. When you take a bite, everything comes together in beautiful harmony. I couldn’t stop smiling from the beginning to the end of the course! The chef and his wife were very kind to us as well! She explained every food in great detail. Her warmth made the experience extra special. This restaurant deserves more customers and more reviews! Do yourself a favor and go try it out!
View on GoogleI looked for French cuisine in Takatsuki City. It is a quiet restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The explanation of the dishes was polite, and the timing of pouring wine was spot on. The amberjack (que) sauce and Wagyu beef sauce were delicious. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the food was prepared with care. The prices are also reasonable.
View on GoogleThe food we received was top-notch at the time of serving, in terms of ingredients, seasoning, appearance, and temperature. The wide selection of drinks was also impeccable. Both the owner and his wife are great conversationalists, creating a wonderful atmosphere and allowing us to spend a lovely time. They mentioned it might be because of the location in Takatsuki, between Kyoto and Osaka, but I think it's a waste that it's empty with almost no inbound tourists! Actually, it's unbelievable that it's empty with this quality! I didn't know about it myself and attended together upon a friend's recommendation, but it was an amazing restaurant where I wondered why it isn't known or why more customers don't come.
View on GoogleI visited to celebrate a family member's birthday. I had very delicious French cuisine in a traditional folk house (kominka) in Takatsuki. Being able to enjoy delicate and elaborate dishes in an equally elaborately crafted traditional house made for a great birthday celebration. I have no complaints about the deliciousness of the food and the price relative to the quality, but I am a heavy drinker... If they had draft beer and highballs, it would be 5 stars in every direction (lol). I kindly request you to consider introducing them (lol).
