Probably the first time in my life I ordered kaedama. Since I often passed in front of the store, it was a store I was curious about. Visited before 12:00 on a weekday, Seated smoothly (about 3 seats left) Ordered Ishida Ramen, hard noodles. Both niboshi and tonkotsu can be felt in a good way, clinging well to the thick soup and thin noodles, it was very delicious. For kaedama I asked for barikata, I like it because it looks like Nagahama ramen. The red ginger added for taste change was also good. There was a bonito flake-like sprinkle, but it was unexpectedly spicy. The staff were all bright and busy, and gave an impression of careful customer service. The shop also looked well cleaned. A ramen shop that makes you want to go regularly. However, one thing that bothered me was the tongs of the red ginger container, the handle part was also stored inside... so I was a little worried... (the whole tongs are in contact with the red ginger)

Since the thick soup became popular even when niboshi types became popular even when Jiro types became popular The taste hasn't changed since the opening. What bothered me was the customer service. As in other comments the customer service seems to be getting a bit blunt since they started expanding stores...

Teppei's non-smelly tonkotsu soup has always been my favorite Cabbage-mounded ramen also has cube chashu with an elegant taste that goes well with shredded cabbage and soup. Adding spicy takana as a topping adds spiciness which makes it more to my liking It is the best ramen in my history

【Rich Niboshi Tonkotsu Ramen Ishida Teppei】 Rich tonkotsu ramen featuring rich yet smooth-feeling rich pork bone soup 🍜 Ordered Niboshi Tonkotsu Ramen 【Noodles】Uses authentic thin noodles where you can even choose up to kona-otoshi Straight noodles with good chewiness and slurpability that feel the sweetness of the noodles 【Soup】 You can faintly feel niboshi, exquisite balance without destroying the original form. There is no odor, or rather the strong scent of niboshi and the peculiar odor of tonkotsu cancel each other out, no, it's balanced... 【Gyoza】 Forgot the photo lol Gyoza with strong garlic punch. Packed with vegetables and filled with vegetable umami, it tastes rich and thick but seems like you can eat as many as you want ‼️ 8-1 Nishimachi, Takatsuki-shi, Osaka 569-0854 #ramen #osakaramen #osakagourmet #takatsukiramen #takatsukigourmet #tonkotsuramen #porkboneramen #niboshiramen #niboshitonkotsuramen #ramenboys #ramenlovers #ishidateppei #ishidateppeitakatsukihonten
