Rich and creamy Tonkotsu Ramen! Thoroughly enjoyed glad we stopped for lunch on the way through.
View on GoogleRich and creamy tonkotsu ramen. A tonkotsu ramen not often found in Osaka. The price is not cheap given these times, but I think the cost performance is not bad. Red pickled ginger, kimchi, and takana are all-you-can-refill at a dedicated corner. Large rice bowl was probably +50 yen, and the amount was large and satisfying. Location is along the road, very easy to understand and the parking lot was spacious. Serving time was also relatively fast considering the busy hours. The fried chicken was also delicious. Payment is by card, QR payment, and cash. Thank you for the meal ♪
View on GoogleAte Black Tonkotsu The chashu was normal, but the soup was delicious!! Appreciated being able to choose noodle firmness, garlic presence W, green onion type from the panel ^_^ Black Tonkotsu had a strong garlic punch 🧄 Better on a day you don't plan to talk to people the next day. Lol If you put in the kelp vinegar placed at the table, it becomes very refreshing, just right for a flavor change. Also thankful that kimchi, takana, and red pickled ginger are all-you-can-eat ^_^ I also tried White Tonkotsu. Creamy and White Tonkotsu was also delicious ❤️
View on GoogleWent for the first time. The inside is clean, and easy to spend time in without the unique smell of a tonkotsu ramen shop. Kimchi, takana, and red pickled ginger are all-you-can-eat. Both kimchi and takana weren't too spicy and were in good condition as snacks (in my feeling). The ramen is chashu men with an egg topping, which can't be helped to cost 1,000 yen nowadays. Then ordered the karaage and mini chahan set, family ordered tsukemen and gyoza. The tonkotsu ramen really doesn't smell bad. The taste is tonkotsu yet refreshing and not greasy, and I think the soup's commitment is extraordinary. There is also extra soup (paid) which is helpful. The noodles are thin noodles with less kansui, and I think the boiling firmness could be chosen in about 4 levels. Tangled with the soup, I ate it in a flash. And of course, kaedama (extra noodles). For kaedama, I ordered Chinese noodles with more kansui. I thought thick chuka soba noodles would come, but it was thin noodles! When eaten, slippery and chewy, this is also delicious. Hard to choose which is better. The fried rice and gyoza are home-style seasonings. Conversely, because they don't assert themselves too much, the ramen can be tasted deliciously. The karaage is crispy-fluffy-juicy and this is also good. Tsukemen (I don't eat it much so I don't know well), the noodles are thick and chewy. The soup is a seafood-based soup, allowing you to taste something different from tonkotsu. Found a good place. Want to come again.
View on GoogleThe shop is located on Route 170 before the Hirakata Bridge. Several cars can park in the parking lot. Inside is spacious and clean. The staff all served with high energy. Orders are via tablet, but if you have requests like tamago kake gohan without chili oil and green onions (for a child to eat), tell the staff directly. If you have the app you can also get advantageous coupons. Ramen was served quickly, and the thin noodles tangled well with the solid-flavored soup and were delicious. Moreover, there are free side dishes (takana, red pickled ginger, kimchi) making it a great deal. There is a self-service corner so you can go get as much as you like. I ordered kikurage as a topping and it came piled high on a separate plate (forgot to take a picture). There are also seasonings on the table and I think it's a shop with great service.
