Top notch Tonkotsu broth with high quality ingredients make this a fantastic ramen restaurant!

I ordered the B set lunch: こってりんこラーメン with gyoza, rice, and kimchi. A properly rich tonkotsu broth, with thick back fat on the surface. As the menu says "creamy," the creamy richness is striking. It pairs well with the medium-thin straight noodles, and the broth clings nicely. My personal favorite was the very satisfying chashu. It's nice and thick, and you can taste the pork's umami. The sign said super spicy, hell ramen, so I went in nervously, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly lovely shop. I'd like to come again if I get the chance.

A shop that made me wish I'd visited sooner. I'd been curious every time I passed by, and my husband often said it's "my favorite ramen shop in Takatsuki," so this time I finally got to go. I was a little nervous at the noren-covered entrance, but when I went in, the floor staff greeted me with a smile and I felt at ease right away. There's only counter seating; it's cozy but clean. Hooks on the wall behind the seats for hanging clothes are a nice touch. The walls are covered with photos and signed autograph boards, so it's no surprise it's popular. It was my first time so I hesitated, but I ordered the "こってりんこラーメン(1000円)" with firm noodles. My husband ordered the "シビカララーメン." You can choose the spice level, and he said the numbing heat is addictive. They were polite when taking our order too, which raised my expectations even more. The menu said "slightly spicy," which worried me a bit, but in reality there's just a faint heat that comes afterward in the creamy broth, so even I, who can't handle spicy food, enjoyed it. If anything it was a nice accent, to the point that it would feel lacking without it. The thin noodles keep a bit of a firm core, cling well to the broth, and are delicious. This time I asked for katamen, but since the noodles themselves are tasty, next time I'd like to try harigane or barikata and enjoy the difference in texture. They went perfectly with the crunchy green onions too. The chashu is thick with a firm texture, and the more you chew, the more you taste the meat's umami. There were about 3 slices, which was satisfying. On the table there's grated garlic, pepper, beni shoga, and more, so you can switch up the flavor. It's plenty delicious as is, but I was able to eat to the end without getting bored. The portion is just right; I think women can finish it without trouble. Many regulars order kaedama, and I think being able to adjust the amount with kaedama (100円) is a plus. What stood out most was the service. When the floor staff passed behind us, they'd casually say "excuse me," and that consideration made me very happy and at ease. When I visited, there was one woman in the kitchen and one man on the floor. Both of them said a polite goodbye when we left, so it was pleasant right to the end. Even though I was completely full, on the way home I was already thinking "I want to eat this again soon." From now on I'd like to go even on my own. 【Update】 I'm adding a photo of the May closing days. In April, the day I visited in the mood for いち花 turned out to be a regular holiday, so I hope this helps anyone planning to go.

My first crack at the super spicy ramen I'd never managed to come try🌶️ Today's order… ◉地獄ラーメン3丁目(1,200円) ◉Rice(50円) Jigoku Ramen lets you choose from 6 spice levels, from beginner up to 3-chome → first time, but of course I went MAX 3-chome🔥 If you finish all the 3-chome soup, you get a "pass card" giving you the right to challenge 4-chome and 5-chome😆 The bright red 3-chome soup, loaded with chili, is a thick paste-like sludge Took one sip, two sips… spicy and savory🔥 You can really taste the umami of the tonkotsu base too, so it's more savory-spicy than brutally hot, maybe? The noodles are thin and straight, and the super spicy soup clings to them like crazy😂 But it's not so spicy that you choke, so you can slurp away properly!! Around the middle the heat really builds up and I was pouring sweat💦 Halfway through I added the "niradare" from the table, and it packed a punch — the ultimate flavor-changer🔥 ※Niradare is limited to 2 scoops per person! After finishing the noodles, the final sprint: pouring the thick soup over the chashu and rice Cleaned the bowl without leaving a single drop of soup✨ Got the Jigoku Ramen "pass card" I'd been dreaming of😆 Starting from 4-chome they add Carolina Reaper, so the heat must go way up…🌶️ Thanks for the meal😎

A place I always end up dropping by after a drinking party, even though I'm already full. Today the mom was running it on her own. It's a shop that's kind to students' wallets, but it's wonderfully considerate to working adults too. To start, beer and gyoza. When I ordered saying "I'll have ramen later," she told me "In that case, the A set is a better deal." Moved again by that kindness. The Nagahama ramen has a gentle flavor too. Both my heart and stomach are full. Thanks for the meal!
