阪急高槻市駅から歩いてすぐにあるこちらのお店に家族で伺いました。 店内には個室とカウンターが用意されていて、私達は個室に案内いただきました。 個室の中には上着をかけたり、荷物が置ける収納が用意されていて、扉も閉められるので焼肉の匂い移りも避けれる造りになっています。 こういうのポイント高いですね。 まずは私はプレミアムモルツ　お得ジョッキ と妻と娘はカルピスソーダで乾杯！ お得ジョッキは500mlのたっぷりサイズが嬉しいですね。 料理はキムチ盛、和風サラダ、凍結レモンサワーを注文。 凍結レモンサワーは半月切りにしたレモンを連らせて凍らせたレモンが入っています。爽やかですね。 キムチ盛は白菜、きゅうり、山芋、らっきょうの4種。東大阪にあるキムチ屋「八方美人」のキムチです。いずれもシャキシャキした食感がいい。 和風サラダはレタス、きゅうり、トマトに醤油と玉ねぎベースの和風ドレッシング。 シンプルだからこそ、お肉の前に食欲を沸かせます。 お肉を頼んでいきます。 円蔵極旨タン塩、黒毛和牛ロース、黒毛和牛上ロース。 ライス大盛を注文。 ここでワインをボトルで注文。 トレオン・デ・パレデス　アンデス・コレクション　カルメネール。 完熟した黒果実の香りと黒胡椒のスパイシーな香り。滑らかでチョコの様なコクが感じられる。 整然と盛り付けられたお肉は円蔵極旨タン塩には店オリジナルの葱油でいただきます。タン独特の食感と旨味がいいですね。レモン汁でさっぱりといただけます。 黒毛和牛のロースと上ロースの食べ比べ。 ロースは程よい脂で旨味もあり、上ロースは柔らかくジューシーです。 続いて黒毛和牛カルビ、円蔵熟成ハラミ、円蔵厳選　タンシタカルビを注文。 カルビは脂の部分がクニクニと心地よい歯応えがあり、ハラミは柔らかく肉汁が溢れます。 タンシタカルビはタン独特のしっかりとした食感とジューシーな肉汁が楽しめます。 ワインもご飯も進みますね。 店名に「ホルモン」を冠しているので必食という事で円蔵厳選ホルモン盛りを注文。 コリコリ、センマイ、マルチョウ、シマチョウ、アカセン、レバー、ウルテ、上ミノ、ホソ、ハツが乗っています。 レバーを始めクセもなく、マルチョウなどは脂がジューシーです。 ホルモン類には白ワインがオススメという事で。 カルロ・ロッシ　白グラスを注文。 酸味と爽やかがホルモンの脂をスッと流してくれます。 円蔵冷麺は胡瓜、トマト、卵、キムチ、ワカメ、ほうれん草と具だくさん。細切り海苔が散らしています。麺のコシが強くさっぱりさせてくれます。 季節のアイスは柚子とあまおうから選べます。 食事をさっぱりと締めくくってくれます。 定番の赤身肉はもちろん、希少部位まで揃ったホルモンの鮮度が抜群です。 ボトルワインも手頃な価格で焼肉合わせていただけるのも嬉しいですね。 高槻で焼肉を食べるならぜひ候補に入れて欲しいお店です。 ご馳走様でした。
