Found this while looking for a cafe near the station that allows dogs! Smoking is allowed inside, so there is a tobacco smell. You have to leave in exactly 1.5 hours from entering. There are stairs in front of the shop and the entrance is narrow, so it might be tough with a pet carrier. Other reviews say the service is unfriendly, but is it only the male staff who is bad? The food was delicious, but probably not a place I'd go a second time.
