An absolute delight ! Be sure to come with an empty stomach because the dishes are quite volumy, but everything was very delicious ! I'm French and the quiche reminded me of home ! And it's not too pricy so I definitely recommend it !

I tried 3100 JPY déjeuner. The price was too low. The quiche was very good! The salad, couscous, and chorizo came with it was also very good. I recommend it. Soup was also good. The plat, the baguette, and dessert was not so great. The plat was duck with pinapple compote sauce. I understood what the chef wanted to achieve, the balance of fruity sweet-and-sour, hint of salt and rich duck fat and meat. But the compote and sauce was too sweet. The duck was quite well cooked but the overall balance of the testes was not achieved. The dessert has the same problem. The citron + creme was too sweet. The tea sorvet along with it was very good. But again the balance was not achieved. It may be what it was supposed to be. But I felt the baguette was too dry and not so fresh.

From appetizer to main, the quality of each dish is very high, and all are wonderful dishes that convey the chef's commitment. I was particularly impressed by the depth of the meat dish sauce. However, the volume of a single dish exceeded imagination beyond imagination, and from around the middle past, the pressure of "will I be able to finish it" won over the pure joy of "delicious". I wanted to enjoy the delicate taste until the last bite, but the limit of my stomach came first, and in the end, I didn't have room to fully enjoy the end of the main or dessert. I think it is the best cost performance for those who want to eat full, but for people with small appetites or those who value the balance as a course, it might be a slightly too-much composition.

A little while ago, when looking for a lunch restaurant around Takatsuki Station, I heard that this restaurant serves affordable and voluminous French lunch, so I made a reservation before visiting. The restaurant is located in a residential area and small, about a 7-8 minute walk from Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station toward Kyoto along the railroad tracks. Perhaps because it was Sunday, lunch was fully booked with reserved guests. The lunch menu is simple with an appetizer and soup, one or two main dishes, and whether bread and dessert are included or not. I chose the 3,500 yen course with standard appetizer, soup, one main dish, bread, and dessert. ⚫︎ Appetizer As pre-info, it's packed. There was quiche, ham wrapped in chicken, couscous, fried vegetables with salad. It is very voluminous, but the seasoning is mild and relatively low in fat, making everything easy to eat. The quiche was just the right warmth, the pie crust was moderately soft, and the ingredients inside were fluffy and soft with the sweetness of onions that appeal to everyone. ⚫︎ Soup It was eggplant cream soup. There are no solid pieces of eggplant in it, and it is served in a melted state. A few crouton-like pieces of baguette were included as an accent. Quantitatively normal, but it feels quite voluminous with the baguette. Quite delicious and feels like the store's original. ⚫︎ Main You can choose from fish or meat, and I chose the meat dish, pork fillet poêlé with blue cheese sauce. Although it's a bit hard to see in the photo, it was full of volume! Pork fillet is quite difficult to cook, but it was moist and tender, with reduced salt and a relatively runny blue cheese sauce that went extremely well together. As a side dish, pickled red cabbage, onions, and softly fried sweet potatoes were attached, but eating red cabbage and pork fillet together is even more delicious. I had never eaten a meat dish with the side dish like this before, but I didn't expect it to fit so well. This main dish was a big hit, but the red sea bream poêlé chosen by the next table was also huge and looked super delicious! ⚫︎ Baguette It's one slice, but it was a voluminous, crispy baguette. ⚫︎ Dessert Vanilla ice cream and chocolate mousse. The chocolate mousse was very rich and came with pie crust and persimmon slices as a garnish. The chocolate mousse was really delicious! ⚫︎ Drink Coffee or tea, plus 50 yen for iced. It's definitely better to make a reservation on holidays. This much volume for 3,500 yen is really a bargain, and since there is no stomach ache afterwards due to volume, elderly people can also enjoy it. The customer base is relatively older age group, easy to use even for 1 person, and it was a French restaurant I want to repeat. Since I made the coffee iced, it was 3,550 yen, but I am very satisfied!
