Very early ramen shop with tables and standing seats, which is very fitting for a cold morning. They serve their bowls mess hall style - meaning you have to stand and wait for your bowl to be made in front of you. There are addons that you want to add on your bowl such as yuzu kosho and yabai niku? (not sure about the pronounciation) which looks like corned beef mince. I ordered the basic noodle with egg and it was okay. The chashu was particularly flavorful. I only gave this restaurant 4 stars because it is very difficult to order more because of their system.

View on GoogleGoogle Review Had salt ramen at Asuryu. As it is a standing-eat style, it's suitable for when you want to quickly enjoy ramen rather than leisurely dining. The salt ramen has a light flavor, and the soup is not heavy, making it easy to finish until the end. It doesn't feel too salty, a type where you can enjoy the umami of dashi. I think even people who dislike rich ramen can easily eat it. Including the casual standing style, it's a bowl easily used for everyday life. I think it's a shop you can put on your candidate list when you want to eat light ramen in Takatsuki.
View on GoogleVisited June 6, 2026 Salt Ramen ¥1,100 ◇Visited at 11:30 on Saturday, there were 5 preceding customers. Inside is 1 large counter table with a standing-eat style. Capacity is around 10 people. Ticket system. ◇The cleanly cleared golden soup has a gentle subtle sweetness and delicious saltiness. Rather than any single dashi standing out, it's a balanced salt ramen. Shiso leaves act as an accent giving a refreshing feel. ◇The accompanying noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a square cross-section, slightly long so they cling well to the soup and are delicious. Toppings are 2 types of chashu and wonton. These weren't particularly noteworthy but normally delicious.
View on GoogleYou should definitely go here" Before I knew it, over 10 years had passed since I kept hearing that. I finally visited this homework shop that I couldn't visit due to mismatched timing. [Location] Great location right by JR Takatsuki Station. A breeze from Hankyu Takatsuki as well. However, because it's lunch business only & closes upon selling out, the hurdle is slightly high. [Shop] Arrived past 12 and it was comfortably full. Entered after a short wait. Inside, standing seats are the main focus, and turnover seems quite fast. Also about 2 table seats available. And what's impressive is how clean the shop is. I'm glad a ramen shop of this sort has this level of cleanliness. [Impressions] Since I came all this way, I went ahead and had the special and a rice dish. ・Special Salt Ramen 1,400 yen (4 chashu, 2 wontons, 1 seasoned egg) ・Negidashi Meat Rice 400 yen First, the ramen. The moment it's served you know "this is definitely delicious". Crystal clear soup, neatly arranged noodles. Toppings are colorfully placed, high perfection just from the look. Drinking a sip, clear umami without off-flavors. A type that is simple yet has depth, making you want to keep drinking it. Compatibility with noodles is outstanding and overall balance is just great. Negidashi meat rice is also quite good. Chunky meat seasoned well, high satisfaction. Had a presence that cannot be missed as a companion to the ramen. Taste, vibe, cleanliness. Including everything, it was a "proper renowned shop". I thought I want to go again.
