超级满足😍😍
View on GoogleA restaurant I've always wanted to go to. ★ is also good, finally went. Udon with firm and solid chewy texture. Tempura was crispy. Oil drain was slightly so-so. Maybe because my stomach is bad 😅 The zaru udon dipping broth had effective dashi and was delicious ~ 💖 It was a shop with quite a lot of customers. For the coming season, Zaru udon is good, isn't it ☺
View on GoogleAshiba Nakaya, a long-established udon shop. Used it for lunch. Among the udon I've eaten so far, top-class delicious dashi! The noodles had a texture feeling chewiness while being soft, and the volume was also large, making overall satisfaction extremely high!
View on Google2025.12 Revisit Visited around 11:30 on a weekday. It was full and waited for about 20 minutes. Empty seats started appearing from around 12:30. Thought many people probably enter at opening. Ordered: Kids Udon 220 yen Burdock Tempura Katsutoji Set Meal Burdock tempura was fluffy and soft enough for a child to bite through. However, no seasoning and had a rustic feel. The udon of the katsutoji set meal and kids udon are about the same size. Feels quite a good deal. Katsutoji was delicious. But next time I'll order udon items. --- 2025.10 Holiday Lunch Maybe because it was before 1 h, entered without waiting time. Interior making you feel the warmth of wood. Meat Udon Sweetish soup. Lots of meat too. Very delicious. The accompanying tempura scraps were also crunchy and not damp. Curry udon came with a paper apron and water. Only table seating, but single customers were partitioning the large table right as you enter. A shop easy to enter with families. Place to fold strollers available Child chairs available Children's tableware, udon cutter available Children's udon available Will visit again.
View on GoogleAshiba Nakaya", an udon restaurant where the old-fashioned atmosphere is calming. The interior lined with handwritten menus has a nostalgic comfort to it. This time I had the signature katsucurry udon, but the umami of the dashi was wonderful, a taste making you want to drink it down to the last drop. The noodles were chewy and firm, with plenty of volume. The warm customer service of the staff was also impressive, conveying why it's long loved locally.
