Located in Johokucho, Takatsuki City, near Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station, the ramen shop "3104-chome" is an authentic ramen specialty store that pursues the "presence of dashi broth." We offer a bowl that we definitely want those looking for ramen in the Takatsuki area to taste. Our soup is characterized by carefully simmering it without making it cloudy, while drawing out the umami of chicken and pork to the fullest. Through careful heat application, it is finished with a clear and deep taste. Furthermore, not to be outdone by that animal-based soup, we use a large amount of Japanese-style ingredients such as shaved dried bonito flakes and kelp. The seafood dashi prepared "carefully from water" further enhances the aroma and lingering aftertaste. The heat level is finely adjusted according to the temperature and humidity of the day...

This is my favorite ramen shop, and my whole family are fans. The soup is truly delicious, and both the standard and limited menus are delicious. The soup at 3104-chome basically has little fat, and is clean and light. It's not that the taste is thin, but a solid dashi, moderate saltiness working on the base of the soup, makes it very delicious. However, it's a different route from emulsified rich soups or gooey soups with lard backfat. For people looking for a "heavy" or "punchy" ramen, it might feel lacking. Even when you're a bit tired or don't have much of an appetite, 3104-chome's ramen can still be enjoyed deliciously. It goes down smoothly and permeates your body. It's a ramen where you can comfortably drink up the soup to the very end. Perhaps it might also hit the spot for people who don't usually eat ramen that much... I'd like to recommend it to people who say "I like udon more than ramen", or women and elderly people who find "Ramen a bit too heavy." The direction of the soup changes with salt, soy sauce, and miso, and the tsukemen is hearty. The side menu chicken tsukedon has moist chicken with zero dryness and is delicious, and the chashu don has a firm flavor and savory aroma. The sizing is just right, and the various soups go well with rice. There is no dedicated parking lot. There is a coin parking lot right nearby, but blocked by narrow roads and utility poles, getting in and out is quite tight. It's a short walk from Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station, so its location leans more towards using public transportation and walking rather than driving.

The taste of the ramen was very delicious, especially the noodles, and I felt the quality was high. However, regarding hospitality and service, it was very disappointing. From the time of ordering, they were unfriendly, and upon serving, there was no basic greeting like "Sorry to wait." They kept a blank expression from beginning to end, and there was no sense that they were serving customers. Furthermore, during checkout, the service felt rushed, and the atmosphere strongly conveyed a desire for you to leave quickly. The ultimate part was having my bowl taken away while I was still eating. It was extremely unpleasant. After paying, I said "Thank you for the meal" from my side, but there was no reply, and I couldn't use it with a pleasant feeling until the end. Given how good the taste is, with this kind of service, I feel it's difficult to revisit. I would like them to review their minimum service etiquette.

Having the opportunity to visit Takatsuki, I dropped by this place I've been curious about for a while. Right next door is also a Taiwanese ramen shop, but this shop has an exterior more like a cafe than a ramen shop. Since the owner is a "Dashi Sommelier", I went with expectations for the soup, and I was super satisfied because it was more delicious than expected. For the limited-time "Dashi and Ginger Shoyu Ramen", the ginger is grated after an order is placed. It's a seafood-based soup, but with little weirdness and a straightforward, round, soft soy sauce aroma. The ginger matches very well, perfect for the cold season. শিয়া The noodles are from "Menya Teigaku", a standard in Kansai. Noodles with a good snap and smooth throat feel that let you gobble them right down. Since I ordered the special version, I could enjoy pork belly and chicken chashu respectively, along with nori and egg. There was lemon vinegar on the table for a taste change, but it kind of fought a bit with the ginger. I was a bit greedy. The chicken tsukedon was also delicious. If I have the opportunity to come here again, I will definitely want to visit. It was delicious -

Neither rich (kotteri) nor light (assori), the umami of the dashi and its lingering finish are incredible. Including the shop's atmosphere, I think it's the best shop in Takatsuki City where famous shops abound. I had the miso ramen (980 yen), limited to 20 bowls a day, and the lunch set chicken zuke-don (+150 yen). As always, delicious.
