Savoring deep fried until perfect golden crisp Kaki Furai (oyster), Tonkatsu (pork) and Ebi Furai (shrimp). It’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The panko coating is light and not greasy. Each set is served hot with shredded cabbage and several dipping sauces.
View on GoogleReally good tonkatsu. Shop was full. Took-away 3 sets, and ate by the kix info exchange. Large long tables available here on first come-first served basis. Had sets, prawn, pork and beef. Batter is light and fluffy. Cabbage so finely shredded. I had mine plain with no sauce. So good on its own. Didnt like the small salt prinkle in the rice.
View on GoogleSurprisingly very good find around airport environment. Food was very good taste wise, portions were very big and there is free refill of rice, cabbage and miso soup. Choice is very good between various types of pork and seafood (mostly shrimp and oysters).
View on GoogleI always stop here for dinner before leaving Japan via Kansai Airport. Pork is just perfect and well prepared with delicious cabbage and soup aside. Too bad that last time I was there they closed the door on my face because I arrived 12 seconds too late for last order... that was rude. From now on I will prefer other restaurant at Kansai.
View on GoogleIt’s my last day in Osaka and i am so glad i could end my trip with a nice set of tonkatsu here. The meat is tender, rice is fragrance and soup in nice. Highly recommend to travellers who have a hard time deciding what to eat at Kansai Airport.
