I stopped by this restaurant while traveling and decided to try one of their signature meals along with an iced coffee and a matcha soft serve. The restaurant was very busy, which is usually a good sign, and there was a constant flow of customers throughout my visit. The grilled eel rice bowl was nicely presented, and the portion size was satisfying. The miso soup and side dishes complemented the meal well. The matcha soft serve was creamy with a rich green tea aroma, and the crispy waffle cone made it even more enjoyable. It was definitely the highlight of my meal. As for the taste, the food was good but fairly ordinary. Nothing was disappointing, but it wasn’t especially memorable either. The flavors were balanced and comforting, making it a decent place for a quick meal rather than a destination for exceptional dining. One downside was the service. Because the restaurant was extremely crowded, the staff seemed rushed and didn’t appear very friendly. While they were efficient in serving customers, the overall hospitality felt lacking, which affected the dining experience. Overall, this is a convenient place if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal. The food is decent, the desserts are enjoyable, and the popularity speaks for itself. However, if you’re expecting outstanding flavors or warm, attentive service, you may find the experience fairly average.
View on GoogleAlways know about the nice matcha drinks and ice creams but never knew that they serve meals. Was a bit hesitant to try but the hamburger set turns up fine. Overall, a good place for a meal. Only bad thing is the overall lack of dining tables and seats with non dining passengers also taking up the space. But it's of no fault of Nana's.
View on GoogleJust disappointed. The cake was parched. And the matcha ice cream was just sweet. Its okay for a sweet treat, and I had low expectations as its in the airport but yeah. Not great.
View on GoogleWhen I ordered in English and asked if the meal came with a drink set, the young female staff member (with decorated nails) frowned impatiently and waved her hand to show she didn’t understand, then called over a male staff member to take over. I don’t believe customers are “always right,” but her attitude clearly showed a lack of respect toward customers. Regardless of whether this happened at a Japanese airport or not, I don’t think such behavior is acceptable. Please provide better training to your staff on basic customer service etiquette!
View on GoogleThe curry rice was good. The curry was really hot, full of sweet oinion and cheese with a juicy patty. What a great late night snack before flight. The icecream also ok.
