The first place I lived when I moved to Osaka. Satsukigaoka, a place that's like the starting point of my life. This is a yakiniku restaurant that has been loved there for many years. Because it was the taste my late father loved, our family back then went about once every two weeks. This time, I revisited for the first time in 30-some years. Classic, no-gimmick seasoning, and the meat quality is as good as ever. As expected, the go-to bone-in kalbi and premium loin types are the best. The harami cuts and horumon, which were niche 30 years ago, are also great. I enjoyed a long-overdue return to my roots. I want it to go on forever, but since the owners are elderly, I also hoped a capable successor will appear. It's a place I hope will always exist here.

This is no mere Korean barbecue. It's incredibly delicious. The meat is so good there's not a single complaint. It's so delicious that when you stuff it in your mouth, the juicy fat makes you sigh. Shovel in some rice, ah, bliss. I've never had yakiniku tastier than this in this price range.

I ordered the special harami, and they brought out kainomi. Whether it's on purpose or they just don't know, I can't say. All the horumon comes frozen, so it gets tough when grilled.

The meat was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. There's no dedicated parking lot, but there's coin parking nearby.
