Please be sure to enjoy it when you visit Okinoya! 2, Craftsmanship created by a chef dedicated to Japanese cuisine. The dishes made by a chef who has trained in numerous Japanese restaurants are exquisite! We cook the best ingredients with sure knowledge and experience. A hidden gem in Esaka From appetizers on, the presentation is beautiful. The sashimi assortment is recommended because it's fresh with seafood sent directly from Wakayama's fishing port, and when I ordered it, it was delicious again! [Unigyu] that caught my eye from its appearance. Bliss of melting sea urchin and seared Japanese beef blending in the mouth. And [Tai-meshi] that everyone ordered Good aroma the moment the lid was opened, the size of the snapper was top-notch. Since I visited in spring, I ordered mainly spring menus like bamboo shoots, but Every dish was delicious and overall satisfaction was ◎! Quality that makes you wonder why it's in Esaka. Inside the calm store with warm wood-grain atmosphere From counter seats to semi-private rooms, it's optimal for dates and banquets. Many kinds of Japanese sake, and the staff are very kind to listen to preferences in detail I spent a relaxing time.

This place... I don't want to tell! Because I'll be in trouble if I can't get reservations... Good thoughtfulness More than that, delicious Both eyes and tongue... However... the distance between seats is close so if someone talks in a loud voice it becomes a nuisance. For that reason I gave 4 points to the atmosphere. Not only fish but meat is also exceptionally delicious. Go and look at the appetizer. You'll surely want to repeat. Whatever you order is a hit.

I visited with a course meal reservation. I think the level of seafood dishes is quite high ✨ From simple sashimi to creative dishes I've never seen before! I chose the course with fewer dishes, but I couldn't eat all the tai-meshi and had it wrapped as a souvenir 😊 The staff was also friendly, it was a good shop!

Weekday 18:30, visited with a reservation. PayPay payment accepted. A seafood izakaya near Esaka Station. Since there are private rooms, it's easy to use for dining, etc. Whole venue rental seems possible from 14 people ◎ Since it was a dining event I had the most popular No. 1 Tsuki course. A course containing Okinoya's popular menu Special tai-meshi, unigyu, and 4 kinds of sashimi assortment. 10 dishes included for 6600 yen tax included, Adding all-you-can-drink makes it 8600 yen. Every dish was delicious and supreme ♡ ■Tsuki Course ◎Appetizer Presentation is beautiful ~♡ The contents were ・Chrysanthemum greens ohitashi ・Crab jelly ・Daikon yuzu pickles ・Omi konjac ・Yuba naruto maki ・Chijimi spinach and mushroom shira-ae ・Kosode sushi Chrysanthemum greens ohitashi Brings out the slight bitterness of chrysanthemum greens Matches perfectly with gentle dashi ♡ ◎Handmade Tofu Fine and smooth! Eaten with salt Soy milk flavor is firmly felt Extremely delicious ♡ ◎Sashimi Visual impact is too big. How do they make ice. 4 kinds of sashimi, one slice each. Since it's placed on ice The flesh stays firm forever, supreme ♡ Sawara stood out with sweetness and was delicious ~ ◎Special Unigyu Said to be the shop's most popular menu. Placing sea urchin on seared Wagyu beef And searing it further. Sea urchin sweetness and beef umami fuse Into a rich and deep taste ♡ Sea urchin was so delicious, I selfishly asked To have it as sashimi too. ◎Charcoal Grill Squid legs, stingray fin, sweet potato butter Grilled over a shichirin. Freshly grilled stingray fin is So delicious right. Chewing brings out more flavor Slight sweetness felt Matches sake too much ♡ ◎Wild Buri and Lettuce Shabu-Shabu Kombu dashi was very delicious And buri fat was sweet and supreme. By lightly passing through heat It became a lighter taste Melting in the mouth ♡ For some reason there was also glass noodles Glass noodles might not have been necessary... Something like maitake mushrooms Might have made the aroma stand out more ◎ ◎Seasonal Small Bowl It was snapper roe. A Kansai osechi staple. I like the gentle sweetness and the texture where each grain asserts itself ♡ Gentle taste and perfect match with sake ◎ ◎Seasonal Simmered Fish It was sawara. Very refined seasoning But with ume added, a refreshing aroma is added Refreshing accent on sawara ◎ Must be a great match with rice too! ◎Special Tai-meshi Rice carefully selected by a rice meister and wild red snapper directly from Wakayama Committed masterpiece. Since snapper flesh and bones Are cooked together with dashi Snapper aroma transfers to rice Feeling snapper umami every time I eat ♡ The amount is quite large and I couldn't finish it So they let me take it home in a pack. Thankful. ■Sea Urchin Sashimi Creamy and rich! Melting texture and Sweetness spreading in the mouth was supreme ♡ Coming again! Thank you for the meal ~!

Osaka after a long time. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant near the hotel "Uoza Okinoya Esaka". It was almost full, but with a reservation 1 hour before, we got a horigotatsu seat. Popular "Unigyu", homemade tofu salad, boiled whitebait, takoyaki-style hirouzu, chicken meatball glass noodle soup, boiled whitebait grated radish, bluefin tuna tendon stew, matsutake mushroom and hamo dobimushi. To finish, sea bream broth nyumen. Enjoyed it. Salt content is also moderate, a good shop.
