Busy place, but great service! You can sit inside or outside and enjoy the beautiful patio area.

The exterior is nice, but the toilets are not very clean, and the table arrangement feels a bit haphazard. I felt the indoor management was mediocre. I thought it was a nice place to leisurely have tea, but next time I might just go to the eat-in area at Hankyu Oasis next door. A bit disappointing.

During lunch on a certain holiday 🍝 Looking at the menu at the counter to order, I realized, isn't this not my first time eating at Tully's including other stores? So I ordered the "Tarako Pasta with Kyushu Yuzu Aroma" written at the top of the menu. It turned out well and was delicious. When coming to this shop in Green Place, I inevitably wonder how it would be for Yamato University students, and the price of this "Tarako Pasta" is 930 yen a la carte / 1250 yen with a drink set. Was it 1450 yen with a salad? Seems a bit expensive. Still, there is free Wi-Fi and you can stay for up to 2 hours, so during weekday off-peak hours, you might be able to finish one or two assignments with just a single drink.
